Vila do Maio : locations de vacances qui acceptent les fumeurs

We so enjoyed staying at this lovely apartment in Maio! We especially appreciated the generous space and the lovely porch, with chairs for sitting and looking out toward the ocean. There are lots of nearby restaurants, so we didn't use the kitchen much, but it's well-equipped for home cooking. The apartment is near two beaches - the public beach that's very close is good for swimming, and Ponta Preta, a 10 minute walk away, is lovely for long walks by a beautiful ocean. Hans-Peter is a super helpful host, with lots of knowledge about Maio; the airport pick-up was especially helpful! We'd certainly stay here again.

We spent a week here and it was excellent. The house is basic but comfy. The property is very calm and since the studio is on a side path, not many people walk in front. The pool and it's view on the ocean and sunset is just breathtaking. The beach down a few stairs is super nice and easy sandy access to swim. When snorkeling you can spot some very nice fish and rock formation. The property is minutes away from the center, shops and food places. Make sure to try "Cha-cha Chicken" (location on G.maps, just 1 minute walk) and the tuna (atum) at the restaurant on the Fort José. The welcoming was great, the staff is very friendly. There was no welcome basket for us at arrival but it is not important. We got picked up at the port by someone with a Stella Maris sign (which is the name of the property). Pick up was fast and no issues there. Overall very nice stay and would recommend to anyone looking for peace, great swimming experiences and easy access to town.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura solo per una notte tramite Airbnb, ma l’esperienza è stata così positiva che ho deciso di prolungare il soggiorno in privato. L’alloggio è perfetto: curato nei dettagli, pulitissimo, con una vista mare mozzafiato. Un angolo di pace e bellezza, ideale per rilassarsi e godersi l’isola. L’host è stato gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo, tornerei volentieri!

Roberto est un hôte très accueillant, disponible, et réactif. De plus, il parle bien le français et saura vous conseiller. Le resto est ouvert tous les jours et propose de très bons plats, à des prix abordables. On ne peut que recommander Big Lanche et Roberto ! Et quand les travaux de la route seront terminés, ce sera encore plus rapide d'y accéder.

Stella Maris is a very well maintained conduminium. Many plants and flowers and well kept grounds. Our villa Atùn was on a corner with a nice terrace with sea views and very close to the pool. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Hanspeter war ein zuvorkommender Gastgeber und wir sind dankbar für seine tatkräftige organisatorische Unterstützung bereits im Vorfeld unserer Reise. Die Bungalows sind sehr hübsch eingerichtet und äusserst sauber. Sie befinden sich am Ortsrand, zum Strand sind es nur wenige Gehminuten und Abends herrscht etwas mehr Ruhe, als in der Dorfmitte. Wer Erholung und Ruhe gepaart mit warmen Klima sucht, wird von Maio und Hanspeter nicht enttäuscht sein!

Je conseille a tout les futures visiteurs ce lieu , vue sur mer, jolies emplacements, propriété, Wi-Fi gratuit, piscine l'eau salée, commerce a 2 minutes a pied,super endroit pour se reposer.
