Bella casa di campagna con piscina, situata sulle colline di Noto. La proprietà è perfettamente integrata nel meraviglioso paesaggio circostante, circondata da ulivi e mandorli. E’ composta da un’ampia zona living/cucina con un forno a legna per pizze, una stanza per la lettura, due camere da letto matrimoniali, di cui una con bagno en suite, e un bagno grande con vasca. Sul retro della casa vi è un ampio patio raccolto all'ombra di un bel ficus australis, completo di doccia esterna e barbecue.

Dispone di un'ampia terrazza, per mangiare all'aperto e godersi la vista sulla Chiesa del Crocifisso. The apartment is located in the heart of the historic centre of Caltagirone and only a couple of minutes walk from Staircase of Santa Maria del Monte and other famous landmarks. Built in 1700 as a noble palazzo, the house still preserves original frescoes and floor tiles. The apartment offers all amenities and will comfortably sleep four. The apartment consists of a main living room w/ mezzanine, a main bedroom with a double bed with barocco frescoes, a kitchen, a dining room and two balconies.

Etna poco distante . Possibile prenotare cene semplici realizzate con prodotti locali. Possibile uso di argilla e forno per realizzare oggetti in terracotta.
