It is very private, by the sea, with direct access to the Cala Bernat beach, passing through the rocks. The hills behind show breathtaking views and ancient monuments, perfect for trekking or mountain biking. Near the house 3 excellent restaurants. A car is recommended, a SUV is better, as the road is a bit bumpy in some places. Parking is free.

La propriété de 140 m² se compose d'un salon, d'une cuisine bien équipée, de 4 chambres et de 4 salles de bains, et peut accueillir 10 personnes.
