Separate, Kitchen, dining & living area all on the same floor. Balcony with garden/partly sea views. Near the Ruins and Pangpang resto. Beach is just right in front of the Cabana. Preston Residence is set in a low lying cliff with beach access.

We have a full kitchen and amenities to make your stay more enjoyable. PLEASE note that the listing is based on 2 guests. There is a $10.00 USD charge for each additional guest. Check-in time is from 3 PM - 6 PM. After 7 PM there is a 500 PHP late fee for overtime for our caretaker. Cutoff check-in is at 9 PM.
