Sie erwartet eine einzigartige Ferienwohnung in absoluter Alleinlage im Bayerischen Wald. Besonders viel Freude werden Sie als Hundebesitzer bei uns haben. Auf unserer fast 1500qm großen eingezäunten Hundewiese kann sich Ihr Fellfreund austoben. Auf dem großen Holzbalkon haben Sie freien Blick auf den Sonnenaufgang und auf die Hundewiese. Im Wohnbereich ist ein Kamin, eine Küche und in der großen Badewanne können Sie abends entspannen. Von Mitte/Ende November bis April nur mit Allrad erreichbar!

Tato oblast je výborná pro cyklistiku, pro rodinu s dětmi. Apartmány jsou moderně vybaveny, je možné využívat venkovní zahradu s grilem a venkovní kuchyní. Warm, klar, liebevoll eingerichtet, ohne Schnickschnack, aber mit viel Gefühl. Wichtig: In der Wohnung Almberg sind Hunde nicht erlaubt, damit Gäste mit Allergien oder besonderen Bedürfnissen sich hier rundum wohlfühlen können.

Představujeme vám naši milovanou roubenku Ratměřice. Naše srdeční místo, které jsme před patnácti lety postavili a od té doby plnými doušky a s láskou užíváme a zušlechťujeme. Roubenka je umístěna na čarokrásné polosamotě s dechberoucím výhledem do zvlněné krajiny, vůkol pastviny, lesy a pole. Za zády ji chrání dva obrovské sekvojovce zámeckého parku a obora srnců, přes kopec bajná hora Blaník. Nejdete zde absolutní klid a soukromí. Z Prahy tu jste za cca hodinu.

Byt se nachází v srdci Šumavy na Modravě. V okolí je možnost lyžování, běžkování, cyklistiky, pěší turistiky a mnoho dalšího. Byt disponuje ložnicí s manželskou postelí, obývacím pokojem s rozkládacím gaučem + na vyžádání možnost přidání přistýlky, koupelnou se sprchovým koutem a toaletou a malým kuchyňským koutem. Sie umfasst ein SZ mit 3 Schlafplätzen, ein WZ mit Schlafcouch für 2 Personen, ein Bad, 2 Balkone und eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Für unsere Kleinen bieten wir einen Streichelzoo, Ponyreiten und einen Spielplatz. Gäste mit Hunden sind willkommen.
