Bungalow Beachfront Condo

Our apartment is beach front. With just a quick walk downstairs, you are on the sand or relaxing by the pool. The condo is across the street from a dollar general grocery store and a great breakfast spot, and a quick car ride or bus ride from New Smyrna's very cute downtown. You’ll love the condo's ambiance, the views, and the location. It's is good for small groups of friends, couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Direct beach access from pool area is open:)

Enjoy the splendors of Sanford’s historic district with its beautiful brick roads and magnificent oak lined streets dripping with southern Spanish Moss. Walk or ride to the downtown area where you can eat and drink till your hearts content. Enjoy a walk along the lake or stroll through the streets to look at glorious restored southern homes. The Bed & Brad offers you all the comforts of home where you can enjoy your stay at your own pace.

40min to Everything!!! Beautiful efficiency, sleeps 2 adults and two children comfortably! Fully furnished, with all the little details taken care of. Just pack your clothes and head to beautiful historic Deland, Florida! With so many attractions within driving, your schedule will be packed. There are many natural springs in the area to explore by kayak, boat or bike!! 40 min. to beaches, 40 min. to attractions!! We do accepts pets, the fees and registration must be paid on the app.

We are stocked with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing day on the beach and take in the eclectic vibes that New Smyrna Beach has to offer! Pet friendly too!

This funky private apartment is located in a cluster of historic homes less than 2 miles from the beach. With Daytona just 6 miles north and New Smyrna Beach 10 miles south, it gives easy access to all that the area offers. Enjoy a relaxed bohemian décor including tasteful nude art.
