Ein Zuhause für Gäste, die mit ihren Liebsten neue Erinnerungen schaffen wollen, Gäste, die schönes Design lieben, Gäste, die gerne in der Natur unterwegs sind, aber auch Gäste, die gutes Essen lieben. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend – ein Ort der Erholung. Partys oder laute Feiern sind daher nicht erlaubt, damit die besondere Atmosphäre und das gute Miteinander mit den Nachbarn gewahrt bleiben.

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Im Zentrum vieler Wandergebiete und von 3 Skigebieten (siehe Detail unten), alle per Bus erreichbar. Wohnung mit geschützter Terrasse, ein kleines und ein grösseres Schlafzimmer, Bad, separates WC, Skiraum. Maximal 4 Personen. Kinder jeden Alters gelten als Erwachsene. Bitte buchen Sie dementsprechend. Bitte bringen Sie Handtücher sowie Kissen- und Deckenbezüge mit. Spannleintücher sind jedoch in der Wohnung. Skiverleih und Bushaltestelle 100m entfernt. Keine Haustiere.

Der große Balkon, sowie der chillige Grillgarten, der zu Eurer alleinigen Benutzung ist, lädt egal ob nach einer Skitour im Winter, einer tollen Wanderung oder einem grandiosen Biketag im Sommer, zum verweilen ein. Geniesst den Ausblick in die grandiose Bergwelt.

In der Stille der Natur auf 1.000 Höhenmetern liegt die Ferienwohnung "Füchsle" mit 42qm Fläche im UG unseres Hauses, das 1981 in Blockbauweise errichtet wurde. Genießen Sie von der großzügigen Terrasse den atemberaubenden Ausblick auf eine einmalige Bergkulisse. Skifahrer können in den schneereichen Monaten direkt von der Haustür auf die Skipiste fahren. In den Sommermonaten können Sie direkt von der Wohnung loswandern.
