Enjoy a bright, stylish one-bedroom apartment in Tartu’s green and peaceful Karlova district. Designed to feel warm in dark winters and full of light in sunny summers, the space has art, books, vintage furniture, plants, and big windows. Ideal for one or two guests seeking a quiet, inspiring retreat. Be prepared for a 30-min walk from the city centre — not very central by Tartu standards. However, bus stops are near and I have 2 old bikes. This is my part-time home, happily shared when I’m away.

This apartment has two floors, on ground level you'll find open fully equipped kitchen, dining area for 7, living room area with sofa and flat screen TV (NO CABLE). Also master bedroom with king bed, walk in closet and full bathroom with shower. Upper level has 2 bedrooms, bathroom and open office corner with pull out couch and adjustable desk with 2 monitors. First bedroom has 2 single beds (90x200), second bedroom has a twin bed (120x200), both have a wardrobe and one kids desk with chair.

Tamula lake is only 5 minute walk away and the Katariina street that has historical backround is only a minute walk ayaw.

Our apartment welcomes you in Karlova, in one of the best neighbourhoods in Tartu. You have the best coffee in town (Karlova Kohv) in 350 meters. There are cafes and local bar in Tähe street. Everything is close by, even the bus stop is in front of the house and takes you to the city center with 5 minutes. The apartment is toddler-friendly and has amenities for a comfy stay with your family.

Läheduses järved ja matkarajad. Hoovis tiigi kaldal koht grillimiseks ja einestamiseks. Saun ja kümblustünn koos kütmisega 50€.
