The house was in a neat location and a quick drive to downtown, beaches, etc. Quiet community with several grassy areas for dog walking available. Home was clean and had everything we needed. Would stay again!

This is our third visit to this location, and this time we are here for an extended stay due to the damage caused by Hurricane Helene that prevents us from returning home. Ryan and his team consistently exceed expectations during each stay. I highly recommend any of their properties if you're planning to visit Folly Beach. They truly are the best.

Our stay was wonderful. The cottage was exactly what we expected and more. Extremely clean, great location only a short walk to the beach and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. This was perfect for my husband and I and our 2 adult daughters. Highly recommend this charming cottage.

The home and location was excellent. Port Royal is a walkable delightful town. Walk a couple of blocks along the river buff to Fish Camp, a terrific sea food restaurant t. And steps further, She’ll Ring, a brewery with the best beer in the region. Better beer than Charleston or Hilton Head breweries. Music Bingo Mondays, Trivia Tuesdays and BlueGrass Sundays. If interested in American History, the location is idea for American Revolution naval history, and the civil,war and reconstruction. Who knew the first reading of the Emancipation Proclamation was in Port Royal. And Beaufort, a lovely riverfront historic town, Pat Conroy’s home town, is a few miles away for more restaurants and horse carriage or golf cart tours or just walking along or having coffee on the charming riverfront. This is the best AirbNB we have ever been too. Will definitely return if we come back to South Carolina. Our dog (small dogs allowed) loved the fenced in yard. Wonderful neighborhood for walking dogs.

We have been coming to HH for years and this is our new favorite place. Marina has thought of literally everything for her house. She has more towels, pillows, linens, and kitchen supplies than any other place we've stayed. And don't worry about packing up anything for the beach, she has all the beach gear and awesome wagon for easy transport as well. The house was spotless and our dogs loved the fenced in backyard area. I appreciated that the coffee maker was both a dual carafe and single K-cup style machine. It's an easy walk to the beach and there is plenty of entertainment to be had in the house as well. Again, I cannot stress enough how well stocked the place is. We are used to always having to bring extra towels and cooking supplies with us, but it's not the case for this lovely home. We plan on returning here for many years to come, thank you Marina again for sharing your perfect home with us!!

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was incredibly convenient for everything we wanted to do, and the setup was perfect for our two dogs — especially the yard, which gave them plenty of space to run and relax. Brandon was wonderful. Super responsive and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. He even went above and beyond by letting us check in a little early since we were already in the area, which we really appreciated. The only downside was a musty scent in the house that was a bit off-putting when we first arrived. It didn’t ruin the experience by any means, but it was noticeable. Overall, a very positive stay with an attentive and accommodating host. We'd definitely consider booking again!

Great location for exploring Charleston. We were able to get almost everywhere we wanted to go by walking. Everything was exactly as pictured and described.

Great place for our group to stay during a local golf tournament. Bedroom layout was great for several couples and had a nice central living area. House has everything we needed for the weekend and more. Would stay here again.

Alecia was a great host. She responded quickly to questions and resolved a minor problem as soon as possible. The inside of the home was immaculate! There was a great supply of extra bed linens and towels .The appliances were superior. We were able to squeeze 6 cars between the garage and gravel driveway. The home appears to have more parking than most. We would love to come back.

An absolutely beautiful home with every amenity you can think of. Sparkling clean and makes you feel right at home. Above and beyond every expectation! Great communication with our host and a wonderful weekend in an incredible home!

Our family had the most amazing vacation in this beautiful home! The hosts were easy to communicate with and answered all questions quickly. The home itself is absolutely perfect! The layout is big enough for a large family, the beds were comfortable, and the pool/spa were the perfect temperature for spring break! They also went above and beyond to help us feel right at home. We had plenty of towels, blankets, bowls, cups, etc. and we never felt like we were without something we needed. They also helped make an unfamiliar home more easily accessible by providing labels throughout the house for different light switches, cupboards, accessories, etc. The attention to detail and thoughtfulness of the hosts truly helped make our family vacation extra special and packed full of wonderful memories. We would gladly stay at any home hosted by LowCountry Beach Homes! Thank you!

Great overall experience during our stay in Charleston. House was clean, big, and close enough to town and many things to do. The beds were super comfortable and the AC worked extremely well. The noise complaints mentioned in other reviews were not a problem for us which was a big plus. I would recommend them in the future to anyone visiting Charleston.

We had a fantastic stay at this beach house! The location was perfect – just a short walk to the sand. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The highlight, without a doubt, was the heated pool. Even on cooler evenings, we were able to take a dip and enjoy it. The host was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to return in the future!

One of the best Airbnb experiences I have had no doubt! The host is amazing and they go out of their way to make your stay at their home as comfortable and seamless as possible. They had homemade bread and a homemade quiche waiting for us! Even a hand written note inside their guest book specifically for us. They really care about the small details of sharing their home! Exactly as pictured. Quiet and in a great part of Sea Pines, close to the "back" gate. Easy walk to the beach. We rented bikes (they were delivered) and rode them everywhere. Lots of space for my husband and I and our pup. Comfy beds. Living room furniture seemed almost brand new. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots. Nice sized dishwasher too. We couldn't ask for more!

A clean and convenient 3 bedroom & 1.5 bathroom house, with a friendly and responsive host. Perfect for a middle aged couple with a dog. Quiet neighborhood. Only a few blocks from 25th street beach access entrance. Beach is very dog friendly, including specific times for dogs to be off leash. Beach restaurants are a 30 minute walk (includes a stroll on the beach), including several dog friendly restaurants. Good sized fenced in backyard for a dog to roam, with an exterior rinse off station for humans and dogs. Typical AirBnB kitchen. A short drive to anything you need, with Charleston only 30 minutes away.

This was a gem of a find in a great location! So accessible to Sullivan's Island and Isle of Palms, as well as all the local Mount Pleasant restaurants , grocery stores etc. Our stay was wonderful, highly recommend this house. We had everything we needed, so quiet in the evenings and very enjoyable. We will absolutely be returning on our next trip to the Charleston/Mount Pleasant area. Thank you Michael!

We had a great stay, but should have stayed longer as five night just wasn't enough. We enjoyed the house and the neighborhood and all the nice people we met. Its a great place.

This was our second stay at Lynn’s place! It is so clean and well taken care of. It is very convenient to the beach! Lynn and her family are so kind and easy to communicate with. Would 1000% recommend!

We had a great stay. Clear communication and instructions. The house description was accurate, and it was clean, pet/family friendly, and comfortable.

This home needs a little TLC. It's an older home w/a slight musty smell upon entering, my husband has severe allergies to mold & mildew, but he was unaffected, so it must not have been that bad. This home has some little quirks like the washer & dryer are outside in a garage (that area was very clean), the dishwasher is portable & needs to be hooked up to the sink & plugged in (we didn't use it since we mostly ate out) & you can't run the microwave & toaster oven at the same time. The box springs to the beds were old, but the mattresses were decent & comfortable. There is no theme as to the decor, which made it very interesting, with finding something different everyday. With all these little quirks, I am giving it a 5 Star due to the fact that it is a charming little home, was very clean, in a great neighborhood, has private parking, is very close to the beach & area attractions & Rachel was a very responsive host. We had a great time during our stay!
