A cozy hideaway conveniently located 12 minutes walk from Gurney's Beach Resort, 16 minute walk from public path to beach, and 6 minutes drive from Montauk town for restaurants and nightlife. Good for couples and solo adventurers, the space is private and homey, with outdoor shower and Chimenea fire pit. The main house is 65ft away, but we honor your privacy. The cottage comes with WiFi, window A/C and complimentary coffee or tea. Parking for 1 car

Hamptons Dream Suite

Hampton's Dream Suite- Is a guest suite in East Hampton, NY. From relaxing by the pool, to taking a day trip to Montauk, or visiting some of the best beaches in the Hamptons, the opportunities here are endless! It offers a bedroom with a Queen size Select Comfort bed, living room has two queen sofa beds and a full bathroom. It has a Kitchenette, Central AC/Heat with a 65" smart TV with surround sound and DVD, Blue ray and Xbox Games . There is also at TV and blue Ray player in the bedroom.

The Quail’s Nest

A beautifully landscaped tranquil oasis. Newly constructed private two bedroom, one bathroom guest extension to owner occupied house. Guests share large yard and pool with owner, and have private deck and seating area. Private entry and parking. Guest's may enjoy outdoor shower and BBQ. Please note there is no kitchen, however a small fridge, Keurig coffeemaker and microwave, plates/utensils are provided. Conveniently located to beaches, shopping and local restaurants in East Hampton.

East Hampton (walking distance to village)

Relax by the hot tub and fire pit with local wines or walk to the village for shopping and dining. House is just a few blocks from Serafina and the famous Nick and Toni’s. Complimentary cruiser bikes included to get around town. IGA supermarket is around the corner and gas grill is on site and ready to use. The house is also walking distance to the train station if your coming from Manhattan. The second bedroom features a Murphy Bed that folds out of the wall and over the couch pictured.

Quiet updated apartment close to Main St, boats and beaches. This second floor apartment has a private entrance and allows use of the front yard. Our home was built in 1880 but has just been renovated for a modern beach bungalow feel. The location is the perfect balance of a quiet neighborhood and close proximity to Marine Park, shops, restaurants, the Hampton Jitney and nightlife. The center of main street is less than a quarter mile from the apartment (4 minutes on foot). Walk to all!

This light and spacious Sag Harbor Village studio apartment is a 10 minute walk from historic Main St. 5 minutes to Village beach. French doors open onto outdoor sitting area. Ideal for a fall or winter visit to explore the area during the quieter season. Main Street is lively and all restaurants are open. Central heat with it’s own thermostat controls & AC. Working fireplace and spacious bathtub make for an ideal cozy and romantic getaway. Parking. Fully self contained and private.

Our lovely one-bedroom cottage sits on a quiet lane 3/4 of a mile from downtown East Hampton. The cottage is light and bright, with whitewashed walls, vaulted ceilings and skylights, lots of windows and beautiful minimalist décor. It's an incredibly peaceful place to wake up in the morning, with a gorgeous green yard right outside the many bedroom windows. Every bay and ocean beach around East Hampton is 5-10 minutes away and Nick and Toni's is less than a 10 minute walk.

**POOL CLOSES SEPTEMBER 30TH** **POOL opens last week of May** This is a guest house for 1 or 2 adults. Its separate from the main house. Kids are allowed but must bring own sleeping arrangements. You do NOT have to do any chores before checking out. **PETS NOT ALLOWED** I hate to do this but someone ruined it for everyone. Max Occupancy: 4 Guests can only bring 1 vehicle since there is not enough room in the driveway
