We had a comfortable stay, in this spacious, modern and comfortable home. with 5 of us, there was plenty of room for everyone. We walked to the local shop to stock up, and ate at the local restaurant one night. We used it as our base to explore Cambridge's shopping and bike trails.

Great to stay again at Matt's place. Lovely and welcoming, cozy and comfortable, beautiful decor, comfy beds, everything you need. This was our second stay in 2 years and we loved it. We will certainly stay again.

Great stay. We had a conference nearby & this was a great house to walk into town. Nearby restaurants & shopping. House is great - lovely art and very cute decor.

Easy to work with the landlady as we were a very late notice booking, and very accommodating for extension if required. Highly recommended.

Steve and Viv were incredibly accommodating. We found the Airbnb luxuriously appointed. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower pressure was strong. Great spot to stay when visiting Hobiton or Waitomo Caves.

Had my parents stay over for a few weeks and they really enjoyed the unit. The house was fully equipped and felt very homey. It's located right in the CBD, so getting to places was just a short walk or drive away. A couple of things to note: light sleepers might be affected by the vibrations from passing trains in the evening, as there’s a railway down the street. The house is also right by a fairly busy road, so you might hear some traffic noise throughout the day. Additionally, all the bathrooms are located upstairs, which could be inconvenient for those with mobility issues. Overall, this is a wonderful place to stay—especially for longer visits.

Have stayed here many times now. Glori is a wonderful host, always proactive and very kind. The bed is so comfy and the place is peaceful private and quiet.

Lovely unit with all you need… and more! Nice quiet location too. We made good use of the cooking facilities and washing machine. We were very lucky to be treated to some home baked muffins! What a treat!

We stayed at Jackie’s place as part of a road trip. Despite MY poor communication on the day of check-in, Jackie was very professional and responsive and made a breeze. Carpark is very secure, as is the elevator to get to the apartment floor. The apartment building is very central to amazing restaurants and is a very walkable 20-25mins to FMG Stadium, where we watched the Chiefs play the Highlanders (great environment and local crowd energy!!). Hamilton is renowned for gorgeous gardens and we also made the most of our time there as well. I highly recommend this place as a way to explore Hamilton and surrounds and if available would stay again.

Great place in a great location. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful, but you're only a couple minutes from shopping and restaurants. The home was clean and comfortable, and has obviously been well maintained. We loved all the windows! Absolutely recommend!

A great central location with all you need in the apartment. Thoughtful touches with the Christmas decorations and also quiet despite being in a busy complex of apartments.

Homely place. we enjoyed the space esp the separate living room. Carla always responded quickly to our queries/needs. Downside is lack of kitchen sink but this was expected as it's clearly communicated in the description.

Wonderful stay here. Big kitchen and lovely outlook. Was a good place to finish up our holidays. Heaps of restaurants and bars near by, it’s a good walk but you’ll need it after eating at Rice Rice Baby. A perfect location to visit Hobbiton and local sites. Thanks for having us.

Very lovely little townhouse in Hamilton. Well looked after and as described. Only thing to note is the close proximity to train tracks and nearby noise, however this is compensated by supplying of ear plugs by the host- which is a lovely thought. Would recommend if staying in Hamilton.

Tracey’s place was exactly as it was in the pictures. It had everything you would need when staying away from home. We would definitely recommend it to others and would stay again.
