Full kitchen, living room and bathroom. 3 acres, swimming hole, wifi, cable, TV, laundry. Very easy to get to towns and skiing. IMPORTANT NOTE: A/C window unit in kitchen living area only. MOST places in the area (except the main resort) DO NOT have A/C. It seldom gets past low 80s usually in the 70s and there is a wonderful breeze. There are free standing fans if needed as well. * Upper unit can be rented as well or whole house can be rented. (Title of listing: 1830 Farm House 2ND FLOOR APT.)
