The open one-room layout includes a full bathroom, cozy kitchenette, dining space, and a comfortable living area. Sleeping arrangements feature a custom-built queen Murphy bed and queen sleeper sofa, making it a perfect stay for couples or a small family.

Located on a 10000 acre ranch working cattle ranch nestled between the two natural sand dunes. Hiking and biking are allowed.
