This place is perfect for two toddlers that need a lot of space to run around haha. My wife and I enjoyed this place especially with the Hot tub, and the well equipped kitchen! We didn't even leave the area since we had just gotten back from Reno and we were heading back home. I would totally recommend bringing a projector for a movie night as their is no TV onsite. Parking was easy for a long f350 truck. It's probably one of the quietest place we've stayed in before too.

We really appreciated the quiet and cleanliness of the place. It felt home-y and easy to relax. Home away from home!

Stayed here for three nights with my fiancé and son for his birthday. We had a great time! The house was clean, the hosts gave detailed instructions on everything. Would stay here again. Perfect for our little family.

If I only could just move in. It felt so homey. Everything we needed was there, we just had to bring the groceries we wanted. There was plenty of towels and linens. Beds were comfortable. The hot tub was just what I needed and very private. I could hear the ocean at night. Randy communicated promptly and was always very nice. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Great place to stay. The hot tub by the beach was a highlight of my trip. Well worth the money to be on the beach and not be cold!

Carol was an amazing host, very responsive and offered early check-in! The home was super comfy and housed our 8 woman book club well. Really loved the quiet, the hot tub, and the short walk onto the beach. Would definitely stay again!!

We were looking for a quirky, cozy, and unique place for a relaxing weekend and this adorable home fit that description to a t. The slanted floor and slight movement when we walked around only added to its charm. Everything was very clean and tidy. The kitchen was wonderful and had all of the amenities we needed. The views were spectacular! I hope to come visit again.

Our stay at Breakers End was wonderful from start to finish! The location couldn’t be better, and every detail was thoughtfully designed and well-appointed. The description was spot on, and Hillary went above and beyond with her communication. She even helped return an item we accidentally left behind. My kids want to go back so they can play in the big private yard and the lofted alcove again! I can’t recommend this place, and its fantastic host, highly enough.

Wonderful little place, but plenty of room for 4 and a dog. We even got visited by a family of deer (two fawns). I didn’t see the book of instructions for what we needed to do before we check out, so we ended up leaving a few pans that were to hot to clean (bacon grease).

The house was beautiful and clean. It was close to beach access and local restaurants and attractions. Lisa was quick to respond to any messages. I would definitely stay here again

Very cozy and adorable and the view couldn't be beat! We loved the octopus theme and accents and enjoyed the VHS collection at night. It was great being so close to the beach and when not on the beach, we enjoyed the excellent beach views from the living room and the rocking chairs on the deck. We would definitely return in the future!

Right on the beach - 20 feet away. Extremely clean, well-appointed and thoughtfully decorated. Neighbors on both sides but absolutely no issues. View out the back toward the ocean is completely unobstructed. Spent hours just watching the ocean waves, birds and sunsets. Beach is extremely wide - at low tide and even at high tide you can walk for a mile either direction north or south. Be advised the property has the Pacific Coast Highway on the east side and there is traffic noise, but from the decks on the west side, it's not noticeable. We didn't try the hot tub but it was ready and waiting for use. Having immediate access to the beach with unlimited walking made this a well-worth 7 night vacation for us.

Our recent stay at Chad‘s place was wonderful. The location was perfect. We enjoyed the skate park across the street as well as the park and being able to walk down to the beach. The house was fully stocked with a full kitchen and all the amenities we needed. Chad was super friendly and very responsive. We would definitely recommend this place to those traveling to Newport.

Gorgeous little cottage on a sleepy stretch of the coast. Located downtown Yachats for access to anything you could want or need; sunset views, waves, Green Salmon Coffee shop, and restaurants. Close proximity to many a natural wonder; Devils Churn, Thors Well, Yaquina Lighthouse and many many more

We needed a last minute place to stay and were thankful that we found a place with a washer and dryer. Had a lovely stay!

Scott is a wonderful host! We appreciated all the extra touches. We had everything we needed and the kitchen was well stocked. Scott was in communication with us and quick to respond. The home was clean and cozy and in a quiet and private neighborhood just a short walk to the beach access and close by Depoe Bay and Newport, which are fun areas to explore. We had such a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Greycoast Cottage for our Thanksgiving weekend with our nephew. Thank you Scott!

My family and I had a great time staying at Laura's cottage! It was super clean and cozy! We would definitely come again and recommend it to our family!

It felt like a Magical little cottage, from the huge living room & kitchen that you see a panoramic view of the ocean. Built into the mountain in a way non of the other houses are in the way. You can see the stars at night and hear the waves breaking. The first place that was more paradise like in person than online. So quiet private and peaceful, the aesthetics was warm a cozy.

Our family LOVED our stay and will be back again when we come through town! The appliances were modern, everything was clean and welcoming, and we felt safe and comfortable. Close to food, shops, and quick drive to Newport, with a quiet, small town woody vibe. Very cool layout, and plenty of room for a family of 5! We especially loved the themed rooms and decor. Easy check in, and very helpful and kind property manager who happened to be on site checking on things after a big storm. We will be back, thank you!

This is our second stay at Chad’s cottage. It was a stunningly beautiful weekend and the autumn leaves reflected in the river with herons and seals cruising by was incredible. Chad and his wife are always super friendly, the cottage spotless and the beds comfy. My husband would take each of the kids canoeing up and down the river to fish for salmon in a canoe provided. If you don’t have a river house with all the toys, this is the next best thing.

The place was absolutely perfect for a private couple’s getaway. We loved the location and it felt so cozy and inviting. Natalie was very helpful and even left us a little gift for our Anniversary. We would definitely recommend.

absolutely loved our stay :) this location has turned into the spot me and my lady go when the world is abit to much and we need some time to ourselves. and it always lives up to that and more:)
