Nestled at the base of Mt Tyndall off a main county road, this home has easy access and a marked road. It is a 7 min drive to town. Great views of the Wet Mountains off the spacious deck, while grilling. Ample hiking as well as BLM access. The interior of the home provides a cozy setting with great views. The main living area includes a TV, Wi-Fi and a cell phone booster. The home is 2bd and comfortably sleeps 4. The large master has a queen size bed with 2 twins in the second bedroom.

The Mil

Come relax at a home away from home in our quaint mother-in-law suite. (The Mil) The space accommodates 2 comfortably. There is a kitchen space equipped with hot plate, microwave and toaster oven where you can air fry, grill, bake, etc. There is a mini fridge available for use and all the basics to cook a meal. A bedroom area with queen bed and full bathroom. Living room can second as additional sleeping area. Sitting outside on the patio you have a great view of the Spanish peak mountains.

Bedroom two has a full bed with an optional pull out twin trundle. Bathroom two can be accessed by second bedroom or main living space and has a shower.

You can bring your dogs per request(No cats) as there is huge fenced dog yard. A photographers dream and a nature lovers retreat.
