Stayed here with some friends all from Texas but have all gone our own ways later in life. It was so wonderful seeing them and getting to smoke together in the comfort of the home. It wasn’t massive or overly updated and boring, but it was more than worth the price for that alone. Not to mention the homey touches with board games and ash trays, a washer and dryer, extremely close to things, and a check in time that didn’t matter because of the key pad. We absolutely loved staying here it really felt like home even though it was just an evening and a bit of the morning. Can’t say enough good things about this house. It was quirky and fun and made our first night in Colorado perfect, honestly. We got to shower and chill and smoke and they had glasses for drinks. Truly a wonderful stay.

This view moved me to tears—it was absolutely breathtaking and everything we had hoped for when we decided to visit Westcliffe. The stars were mesmerizing. I highly recommend timing your stargazing for when the moon is less prominent; around 4 a.m. in early April, the night sky truly comes alive, revealing that magical “galactic dust” effect you often see in promotional images of the area. The town itself is charming, with incredibly welcoming locals who shared wonderful stories. Everything is conveniently close—there's even a bowling alley within walking distance of the house. For a memorable day trip, the Royal Gorge is a must-see, especially if you're en route to Colorado Springs. We picked up some fantastic steaks from the local butcher for dinner, and the cozy fireplace made the snowfall outside feel like a scene from a movie. The only thing we missed was a grill, but aside from that, the house was exceptional.

I had such a peaceful stay. The views were breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. It was comfortable and welcoming. I’d definitely come back again!

Really amazing place! Views were incredible, it was really nice having some space to walk around. There's a beautiful gorge/canyon a couple hundred feet at the back of the house. Small hiccup checking in but it was resolved immediately. The house had fun art and a cool setup. Heat worked fairly well, we were a bit cold the first night but I think it was something like 6° outside. The heat kept up the rest of the time. The property was so isolated that sometimes when you were outside it was either completely silent or only the sound of wind. Would definitely stay again!

The view of the Mountains are breath taking. When you really want to get away from everything, this is the place to go. The host was very nice. Their place was amazing. I would love to come back and stay again. I love how they have everything labeled. Like where, all the utensils are etc. I loved that they greet you, when you arrive. I love that they ask for your ETA. So they can meet you at the gate. I love how they gave you instructions on how to get to their cozy cabin. It truly was an amazing place. I loved not having phone service or television. It gave me and my family actual time together to communicate and actually do fun activities. I 100 recommend this place if you really want peace of mind and to get away from everything.

We will definitely be back. Beautiful setting, darling studio apartment, and stunning views!

Loved this Air Bnb! We got to say in a very small town, it was very quite and quite. The people in the town were very nice and welcoming to me and my family. In addition my dogs loved it! They had a big yard to play in and the house itself was very animal friendly. David gave great recommendations on what to do in the area including the Bishops Castle and the lakes near by. David had great communication, answered any questions we had and made sure to check in during our stay to make sure everything was going well. Thank you for an amazing stay!

What a FANTASTIC place, this home was very modern and cozy. great for a couple wanting to have a quiet weekend, 5 stars!!!
