Within a mile walk across the field you will find a supermarket, take-aways & pubs. The large open plan annex is bright and airy with a beautiful view of the garden & the fields beyond. There is a separate bedroom, bathroom & a second seating area which can be converted to a small double bed upon request.

Deep in the heart of Mid Suffolk sits Hall Cottage nestled in the Suffolk countryside. Our grade II listed 1400c cottage boasting lots of original features and sits within an acre of secure manicured gardens with far reaching countryside views. Conveniently located only 10 miles from Ipswich, 24 miles from the coastal town of Aldeburgh and only 11 miles from the market town of Framlingham and Woodbridge. This really is "home from home" and offers a very comfortable and cosy stay.

We are 25 mins from Bury St Edmunds and Stowmarket. Accessible to the local village pub and shop which is 5 mins drive. Swallow Barn is situated off a quiet lane in a small village surrounded by beautiful countryside and wildlife. The property is separate but adjacent to our 16th century Grade 2 listed home and we are happy to accept well behaved dogs. Please contact us before booking if you wish to bring them. Open fields surrounding the property provide plenty of lovely walks.

Close to Bury St Edmunds and Diss, an ideal semi-rural base for exploring East Anglia and the cities of Norwich and Cambridge. Our comfortable and quiet cottage annexe provides a well-equipped place to stay for a self-catering short break or longer, with wi-fi included. The comfortable sitting room looks out onto the private garden where there is a small patio containing outdoor chairs and table. The ensuite bedroom (double-bed) has a vaulted ceiling and ample storage.
