Close to Hampton Court our bright, airy self- contained modern garden annex is located 80 feet from our house with its own access & private, secluded garden Sleeps maximum of 4 (one double bed and a small double sofa bed.) There is also a mezzanine floor with single mattress accessed via a wooden ladder- suitable for an adventurous child but at your own risk!! Modern bathroom, We also provide a microwave, kettle, fridge, toaster, plus milk, tea and coffee. Plenty of on street parking available

Renovated garden lodge, finished to a very high standard. The lodge features a king-size bed, a stylish high-end galley kitchen, ensuite bathroom, underfloor heating, WiFi, and a smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with modern amenities, including a microwave, induction hob, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle. Roadside parking outside house (FOC) Car charging available (fee - £20 per charge). The primary guest booking the reservation must be at least 25 years old.

Self Contained Cottage in Thames Ditton Village

Beautiful self contained 1 bedroom cottage in the grounds of one of Thames Ditton’s oldest properties. Superbly located next to the river with pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, and village stores close by. Thames Ditton is a pretty village located close to Hampton Court, Surbiton, and Kingston Upon Thames and 30 minutes by train to London Waterloo. Go Boat hire is a minutes walk and the slipway to the Thames is opposite the house if you have your own paddle board/canoe.

Welcome to the Hampton Court Hideaway, a peaceful and relaxing guesthouse (converted detached double garage), beautifully designed to a very high standard and powered by renewable energy. The property comes with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with walk in shower, 2 double beds (2nd on mezzanine) and one sofa bed upon request. We also have an EV car charger available on request. The space can fit up to 5 for shorter breaks, and comfortably 2-3 for longer breaks.

It is within distance to Sunbury village, the river Thames with fantastic pubs and restaurants. It is close to Hampton Court, Kempton Park, Train stations to Waterloo and Sandown park. It has a contemporary feel but tastefully designed. Courtyard for you to relax.
