I had a wonderful two-week stay at Max’s place. The accommodation was very clean, and everything we needed was perfectly prepared. The bathroom and kitchen were spotless, and there were absolutely no bugs. Max responded quickly to all our requests and handled everything proactively. He was truly kind and nice. If I visit Bangkok again, I will definitely stay at Max’s amazing place!

I had a really good stay here. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to public transport and plenty of places to eat and shop nearby, which made things easy. The guesthouse itself was clean and well-kept, which I appreciated after a long day out. It’s a simple, comfortable space that worked well for my trip. For the price, I think it’s a solid value — nothing fancy, but definitely good for anyone looking for a practical and affordable place to stay. Overall, a smooth experience and I’d consider booking again if I’m back in the area.

非常温馨、宽敞的独栋小屋， 有家的感觉。 设施齐全便利， 跟家人在这里呆了一周， 跨年夜的时候坐在一起看电视，聊天， 小酌一杯，非常惬意。 love it！

Quiet and peaceful place

We stayed at this place for one week and felt right at home from the first day! It was very clean and at a convenient location, close to the metro. The hosts are very sweet and took great care of us. We had everything we needed, and they even accepted to keep one of our luggage for us while we’re outside of Bangkok. P.S. : There is no elevator (we were on the 3rd and last floor), but it’s not a big deal unless you have big mobility issues. Overall, I totally recommend this accommodation!

Not a first visit. It was great to stay at this place again. Host is very friendly and caring as usual. We love the location as per everything is very handy. Would love to stay here again and highly recommend for other small families.

Лёгкое самостоятельное заселение. В квартире много мелочей, для уюта и удобства. Много посуды. С балкона действительно очень красивые виды на закат. Просторный тренажёрный зал. В бассейне не многолюдно, в основном люди приходят на закате, а до и после можно плавать в одиночестве. Очень тихо, соседей вообще не слышно. Получила удовольствие от проживания, была бы рада вернуться следующей зимой.

Everything was perfect! And the hosts were very responsive and accommodating to out requests! Would love to stay here again when we visit Thailand again in the future!

This was a great and convenient location ready for our flight home the following morning. Shirley was quick and easy to communicate with which helped and she organised a free shuttle to the airport the following morning which took a weight off our minds to try and arrange. The place was nicely situated and very clean and safe. would definitely use this place again 😊

Staying at Mihael’s place was great. Everything I needed was available. Close to BTS and terminal 21 mall. Mihael is very helpful and very responsive, he also made sure that I had a lovey stay.

it was a great place to stay, we have stayed there about a week, it is very close to thong lo bts station, therefore you can easily use public transport to get around between the most popular places. there are also lots of good thai and japan food places, and big shopping center and convenience stores nearby. the condo had everything we needed during our stay, we had no problem, also our host was very helpful and responsive

A nice and cosy place. The place is a bit secluded from the hustle and bustle of Sukhumvit Soi 23, a little hidden from all teen masssage places. Need to a bit of a walking to the BTS and MRT, but it was not so bad. Boonrat was a proactive and considerate host. Very responsive, replied to messages almost intantly. Appeciate her kind attitude. Will stay there again.

Good value. The apartment was spacious and clean. The attached restaurant and pool are great. The staff are amazing. We will stay here again.

The place is clean, and the apartment is very well-equipped. All facilities such as the washing machine, iron, and hair dryer worked well. The amenities were complete. However, the air-conditioning in the living room and bedroom was a bit warm—perhaps it could be checked. Overall, we were very happy with our stay here and would definitely recommend it to others.

Looks like the photos. The view is stupendous. The place is in a busy area next to an MRT station, so it is easy to travel and find what you need, but the unit is high enough that it is very quiet. Izii is an excellent host, making sure we were comfortable, and made our stay seamless. Would stay again!
