Imagine sipping lemonade on the long front porch, watching the moon rise and/or the sun setting on Lake Gaston. Start a fire in the fire pit, put fresh fish catch and fresh vegetables on the grill, while watching a movie using the screen and projector. HOT TUB ADDED FOR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF $ 25 per day.

This unique custom-built 4,009 sq. ft. lake house is located at the mouth of Lyons Creek and Lake Gaston with direct main lake access in the upscale subdivision of West Winds. The home offers fabulous views, a large flat yard, a fire pit, a sandy beach area, and good water depth at the boathouse. The home is situated on a large point with over 550 feet of waterfront. The outside boasts a large wrap around porch, with a grill, a 12-person outdoor dining area, and comfortable patio furniture.

Two blocks from the ❤︎ of charming Main St. Warrenton sits an unusually shaped barn. Octagonal living at its finest; The Seed House is fully renovated and features modern amenities like wifi, coffee, tea, kitchen basics, 100% cotton linens, smart TV, games, and yoga gear. Complete with extras, like a coffee station, a king sized bed and cozy fireplace in the master suite, and a deck that wraps around to the spacious backyard. The oak tree shaded back deck is perfect for taking in that sweet southern breeze with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.

Beautiful guest house, located steps from the main house, hidden from public. The cabin is tucked away in our manicure backyard. Spacious fenced in yard where your fur babies can run free. Enjoy the large pergola with comfy seating for nighttime relaxation or dining. The house offers a living room, kitchenette (NO STOVE) and spacious bathroom. The second floor is a large LOFT with a dividing wall separating the two sleeping areas. There are 13 steps to the second floor. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTY!

My place is Lakefront with 180 feet of waterfrontage, two story pier and boathouse. Over 4,000 square feet of living area and over 2,000 square feet of deck, patio and screen porch outside area. You’ll love my place because of Lake, huge lakefront deck, screen porch, pool table, ping pong table, two kitchens, two living areas, firepit, beach area and another beach area with volleyball/badmitton net. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets).

This home is unique in that it can host a family with 5 bedrooms; 3 are King Suites. Small parties are possible for an additional fee.
