It has a great deck which overlooks the river with perfect views for enjoying sunset cocktails… Yard also has two fire-pits for night time fun and laughs. Winter: Park at ski shop. Ski in/out cabin is ON the trail system. Private, cozy, fully equipped cabin at Garnet Hill in the ADK forest. Gas fireplace, grill and screened in porch. Steps from hiking trailheads. Access (not lakefront) to protected 13th Lake with sandy beach. Two one-seat kayaks come with the rental. Mountain biking (cabin is on the trails), white water rafting, and tubing nearby. Please note: this is a NOT a hotel/condo or business Airbnb. it has been in our family for 30 years!

The cottage is newly built and furnished, has an indoor fireplace, central AC, fully stocked kitchen, and screened in room overlooking the lake. There are 2 kayaks available for use. Be assured everything is provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

There are endless things to do in the area-fishing, skiing, hiking, multiple museums, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, kayaking and canoeing to start your getaway!
