It has amazing views of the country side, yet it is nestled in a quiet and secluded spot right in the heart of the city. A short 5 min walk to restaurants, shopping and CBD. Beautiful fixtures, fittings and accessories make this apartment feel like home.

Nestled in a cosy corner, this centrally located two-bedroom house offers easy access to everything Warrnambool has to offer. A 1min walk to the hospital, 5min walk to shops and restaurants, it’s 5min drive to the beach perfect for morning strolls by the sea. July to September, take a short drive to the whale lookout or perhaps spend a day or night at the Warrnambool hot springs sanctuary. Plus, a 1min walk to the Warrnambool train station, which is handy with free public transport atm.

Abalone Seaside Apartment is in close proximity to many of Warrnambool’s top locations including, Lake Pertobe, Flagstaff Hill featuring a brilliant sound and light show, Warrnambool’s main beach, geothermal pool and skate park. It is within walking distance to some fabulous restraunts, including, the Lady Bay and the Pavilion. In the house you will find access to, skateboards, a table tennis table and bbq. The house has three levels, with a deck on the second floor.

Hi! This our humble, cosy home. We welcome all genders and cultures to our loft. Peppa is a big white fluffy maremma & she barks at newcomers until she can sniff you but she’s very friendly. Enjoy your own private space, up high with the birds. Eat a free breakfast of smoothie & muesli, coffee & tea. You’re own separate space, behind my house that has its own entrance, a lush en-suite & lockable doors and block-out blinds.
