It has 7 beds (2 king beds that can be separated into singles) and sleeps up to 11. Great house for groups or families. The bedrooms are named in ode to Fletcher Jones , a Warrnambool icon :The ‘Pattern room’, ‘Fabric Cutting room’, ‘Sewing room’ and ‘Fitting room’ and 'Button Room'....

It's a 5 minute drive to the centre of Warrnambool making it the perfect place to access everything on offer. This 'Smaller Beach House' is a home away from home with all the basic living essentials, perfect for couples.
