Tea, coffee & basic breakfast (bread, butter, jam, muesli), linen & towels are provided. If you would like a fuller supply of breakfast items at a small extra charge, please ask.

Located in rural Berkswell, The Annex @ Barn Lodge is 15 mins from the NEC with easy access to road, air & rail networks. A self contained, beautifully presented annex featuring a lounge/kitchen & flexible sleeping accommodation for up to 4 guests (2 single beds with a 3rd pullout bed upstairs and a single guest bed downstairs). There is limited headroom in places. Set in gated grounds with a pond & lawns, guests can use a fire pit, BBQ, outside pool table and seating areas. Ample parking.

Welcome to The Old Dairy! A beautifully converted barn, close to Charlecote Park, 3 miles from Shakespeare's Stratford and a short drive to the Cotswolds and the NEC Birmingham. On our family farm you will have your own space to relax and unwind with beautiful views and sunsets from your spacious patio and garden. You will love our onsite Farm Shop and Nursery, open Tuesday to Saturday along with local walks. We welcome babies but please bring your own equipment. Sorry, we do not allow pets.

The studio is situated in the garden of a 100 year old canal cottage. It is a bright and airy self contained space with your own entrance and patio doors onto the garden. The room has an ensuite wet room with an electric shower and toilet. Please note, due to space constraints, this wet room does not have a sink.
