This apartment is located on the second floor and is one of three Airbnbs offered. The main room is spacious with a luxurious queen bed, dining table/chairs and a 55” smart tv. The kitchen is nicely equipped for meal prep or a cup of coffee, tea or cocoa. The pantry is nicely furnished. Our garden is open for enjoyment with lodge pole rocking chairs, fire pit and table for outdoor dining. If you are not excited to experience using an outside john and shower, keeping the wood stove stoked or living among the creatures of the forest, this may not be your style of adventure ;) Check in is 5pm, but open to flexible scheduling if possible. Welcome to our log cabin! We are a family with 6 kids who really love this cabin and want to share it. Please enjoy yourselves and know that we are not a big corporation but a family. The deer come out in every season, don't be surprised if you see them in the driveway. We have a feeder on the side fence for them. The cabin has comfy beds, extra blankets and pillows, a fully stocked kitchen including cast iron to cook, chilly A/C, a wood stove for winter, & new reclining La-Z-Boy couches.

The patio provides a beautiful daytime view of the Columbia Gorge and mountains as well as a twinkling nighttime view of the city. This slice of heaven is located in The Gorge near restaurants, breweries, hiking, fishing, rafting, and kiteboarding. 5 minutes to everything in town. All one level with easy access to showers. Please note that there is a steep driveway to get to our street.

Hood National Forest with its numerous hiking trails, lakes, picnic areas etc. and 20 minutes from white water rafting in Maupin, Oregon on the Deschutes River.
