Watch the Sunrise/Sunset or sit by the pool and relax. Barn is a 2,800 sqft. home with 4 bed. and upstairs game room as well. Amazing Antiques thru-out,Ping pong, cards, corn hole, swimming, 4 wheeler, darts, 2 golf greens to Practice on, fish (catch/release), swim or float ( floats in Pump house ) in ponds. We are approx 5 miles from town. We have a sweet and friendly Belgium Sheppard (Gracey) on site, don't bring your dog if not social. 12min from Deep in the Heart, 30 min RT and 40 min CS

Gypsy Farmhouse

The Gypsy Farmhouse is a 1952 Sears Kit House and the original farmhouse on the Junk Gypsy property. It features plush beds, custom Signature Hardware bath tubs, a gourmet kitchen and a large seating area with a rock fire place. There is a king bedroom downstairs with a custom crown headboard, tufted sofa & a full bath with a oversized copper bathtub. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds in each room and a shared full size bath. Additionally, there is. 1/2 bath downstairs.

The house is located on the Rutledge Ranch only a few minutes from Brenham, Texas. There is easy and convenient access to the Round Top antique show from the ranch. The property features rolling hills with groves of massive live oak trees. The house includes a large deck, two bedrooms, and open kitchen-living room, and a carport. You are welcome to go fishing for largemouth bass during stay.
