The main bedroom features a queen bed in an open-concept layout connected to the living space. The upstairs loft offers two twin mattresses, perfect for extra guests. A spacious kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, utensils, salt/pepper, a dishwasher, and fridge — everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay.

This gem is at the epicenter of shops, restaurants and nightlife! Welcome to the historic Abingdon Donkey Lodge, a farm stay on the Creeper Trail. We're waterfront too, and have sweet, fuzzy donkeys to pet. Your stay includes the upstairs of our beautiful home: 2 huge bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a dining area, and a balcony. (Your hosts live downstairs, so we share an entrance.) No kitchen or laundry access. We host up to 4 guests ages 12 and over. No pets, please. Two parking spaces. Please read all details before booking. Cats may visit you. NO CLEANING FEE.

We offer fast Wi-Fi, 3 big screen Roku TV's , coffee bar, King suite, 2 queen bedrooms, one bedroom that sleeps 4 and one private bedroom downstairs. You can enjoy playing pool, ping pong, cornhole and an assortment of other games plus relax in the hot tub and read a book at the fire pit table. Fire up the Blackstone too.

Hoss’s Tiny House

The tiny house is located behind a big garage with a large gravel parking lot. It is very secluded and quaint away from the main road. The parking area is behind at the back porch on the tiny house were you can sit and enjoy peace and quiet. We are 1 mi from South Holston Lake. 2 mi from Creeper Trail, 6 mi Main Street Abingdon, 8 mi downtown Bristol, 10 mi Bristol Speedway. We have farm animals in the fields beside the tiny house that are very friendly. All the farm animals enjoy visitors.

River House

The River House is a quiet two story farm house that sits on the South Fork of the Holston River. It is halfway between the trail town of Damascus and historic Abingdon. Enjoy the relaxing wrap around porch where you can hear and see the sights of the river. A short walk from the driveway is the Virginia Creeper Trail, the perfect place to hike, bike, or just walk with family. Fish along the bank of the river or take a short trip to the town of Abingdon to visit the Barter Theatre.
