We live on a two acre lot near Rosedale Bible College in central Ohio. The apartment is a cozy, private, single bedroom apartment attached to our home on the ground level. Space includes a 3 season room, kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry room, patio with picnic table, and a large yard. Breakfast items are provided. There is a beautiful nature/walking trail next to the property. In 35 minutes, you can be on The Ohio State University campus as well as the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium.

Only minutes away from many amenities, historic downtown, beautiful Yoctangee Park, restaurants, shopping, Adena Health systems and less than 2 miles from Hopewell Culture National Historic Park designated World Heritage Site. If you are visiting your child at Cedarville University (CU) or looking to jump on the Bike Trail for a beautiful day ride, this is the place for you! CU is a short 2 min drive through downtown Cedarville. The Bike Trail is located on the South end of town making it a mere 0.3 miles away. We are also close to The Historic Clifton Mill (7 min), Young's Jersey Dairy (15 min), Yellow Springs (12 min), Greene County Fairgrounds (15 min).

Country Relaxation

We offer a small country suite. 1 bedrooms 1 bath with full kitchen and sitting area. The entrance to the rental is the walkway to left of the garage. Our goal is to provide a clean and comfortable space for you to enjoy. Guests are invited to relax on outdoor furniture. We request that guests do not enter exterior buildings unattended,if children are in your group they are your responsibility at all times.
