Facing west the grounds offer stunning sunsets, private beach, plenty of dock space for boats and fishing right from piers for many species incl panfish, walleye or even a musky.

In summer, listen to the loons while sipping your morning coffee and watch bald eagles soar. If being active is more your style, enjoy UTV trails, hiking, horseback riding, go carts, and all the festivals Eagle River has to offer. If you’re planning on some winter activities, Ski Brule is a beautiful 35 minute drive away, XC skiing, snowmobiling, ice fishing, are all close by.

Enjoy the back patio, grill, and yard in the summer, plowed roads and the snowmobile trails 200 yards away in the winter.

Jimmys Lakeview Vacation Rental cabin is located across from Duck Lake (part of the Eagle River Chain of Lakes) and offers a great place to stay for your Eagle River vacation. Cabin is only 2 miles from downtown Eagle River and within walking distance to Sweetwater Bar and Grill and Kickback Grill. There are two public boat landings and Eagle Lake Park within 1.5 miles and is also located on the snowmobile and atv/ utv trail.
