Owners on premises, in separate building. Rooms have ceiling fans (plus 3 portable room AC units) and plenty of room for you to relax. Close to town but tucked away on a quiet unpaved road with views of Radrick Golf Course and near Matthaei Botanical Gardens and Parker Mill Park. Enjoy a slice of the country just a short drive from town.

This charming rental offers a peaceful escape and greetings from the resident chickens, goats and 2 miniature cows. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, allowing the benefit of longer stays. Lovely studio Cottage overlooking our private 3 acre woods with Nature Trail, beautiful and relaxing. Located on a peaceful bay of Hi-land Lake and connected to Halfmoon Lake chain of 8 lakes. The perfect location to explore the surrounding Pinckney Recreation Area, Potawatomi Trails, and Lakeland B2B Trail. A beautiful area to bicycle, hike, swim, SUP, kayak, fish, XC ski, snowshoe.... Includes use of our pedal boat. Up to 5 kayaks available for rent. No pets, to respect those with allergies.

This bright and spacious loft is conveniently located between two of the best neighborhoods in Ann Arbor, Kerrytown and Water Hill. It is only a 10-minute walk to some of the best restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and boutiques that Ann Arbor has to offer. It's right next door to the Ann Arbor Distilling Company and just around the corner from Kerrytown Marketplace and the Farmer's Market (every Wednesday and Saturday). Come stay in a Frank Loyd Wright inspired studio minutes from downtown Chelsea, 20 minutes from downtown Ann Arbor with easy access to the Waterloo Recreation area. This detached studio is nicely finished with a natural gas fireplace, many windows and a small kitchenette (No stove). Visit downtown Chelsea with a short drive (3mins) and enjoy great dining, shopping or the Purple Rose theater. If you are more adventurous, venture to DTE mountain bike trails for some of Michigan's best riding.

It was fully remodeled in 2019 into a minimal + peaceful Scandinavian-style guest house that sits far back in a spacious backyard, with all-new landscaping, an outdoor grill, patio and fire pit. The carriage house doors have been restored to completely open on warm days/nights to bring the outdoors in. TV + sound system can be enjoyed from the outside patios.

Take it easy at a peaceful, one-of-a-kind getaway. Our guest cottage sits on a 5-acre wooded lot (3 acres accessible), with a grill, deck, speakers, firepit, and camping space (BYO gear). A short drive to Ann Arbor for U of M games, food, and shops. Kid- and pet-friendly, the space features a nostalgic '80s-'90s bar and arcade machine.
