Close to town but tucked away on a quiet unpaved road with views of Radrick Golf Course and near Matthaei Botanical Gardens and Parker Mill Park. Enjoy a slice of the country just a short drive from town.

This bright and spacious loft is conveniently located between two of the best neighborhoods in Ann Arbor, Kerrytown and Water Hill. It is only a 10-minute walk to some of the best restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and boutiques that Ann Arbor has to offer. It's right next door to the Ann Arbor Distilling Company and just around the corner from Kerrytown Marketplace and the Farmer's Market (every Wednesday and Saturday). Located only a three minute walk from Sunset Brooks Nature Area, your stay is embedded in a beautifully wooded subdivision of Ann Arbor. During your stay, you'll have no choice but to soak up a bit of history as this loft has recently been renovated from Ann Arbor's well known archival exhibit for the democratic party.
