Access to the large back yard with great mountain views, and over 200 feet of Wasilla lake frontage. In Summer you can Canoe, Kayak, and stand up paddle board to explore Wasilla Lake and Cottonwood Creek. In Winter, ice skating, ice fishing, and snow machining are permitted on the lake.
