Marina View, a lovely home with sea views.

Two minutes walk from the marina with fantastic sea views, ours is a lovely home from home for individuals, couples or families, wishing to stay in the centre of this pretty coastal village. It is an unusual oak beamed maisonette on the 1st and 2nd floors of a 19th century building and not suitable for people who cannot manage steep stairs. We have 3 double bedrooms, a bathroom, a shower room, a living/dining room with sea views, an office for home working and a fully equipped modern kitchen.

It is a five minute drive from the Jurassic coast with beautiful beaches and opportunities for fossil hunting . The barn has far reaching views spanning across the Marshwood Vale. This stylish and extremely comfortable new conversion is set in 11 acres of wildlife rich meadows land . It is an ideal base for exploring this beautiful part of West Dorset.

‘Triggol’s’ is a two-storey, newly-built, detached house set within the heart of the peaceful Somerset village of Lydeard St Lawrence. Located between the Quantock Hills (AONB), Exmoor and the dramatic West Somerset coastline, this quirky property offers a unique base from which to relax or explore. The property offers comfortable, open-plan living upstairs benefitting from a sun-trap, south-facing balcony garden, complete with 6-person hot tub. Well-behaved dogs allowed, please book them in.

The Gaff with heated swimming pool and studio

This really is the most beautiful of getaways - An easily accessible hideaway under 2 miles from junction 27 M5 and Tiverton Parkway. Suitable for 1-3 adults wanting to explore the South West, a mini yoga retreat, working locally or just wanting to escape to the countryside. The heated pool is right on your door step and has a swim pump . There is a wet-room, bed and sofa-bed downstairs. Hopefully suitable for many with neurodiverse issues or dementia. Not suitable for children or babies.

Bright Seaside Home - 5 Minute Walk to 3 Beaches

The Little Blue House on Barry Waterfront was our first home and is now available as a private place for you to stay and relax. It's in a great location: cul-de-sac, green space to the front, garden to the rear, close to shops, 5 mins walking distance to several beaches and coastal path, also near to the Goodsheds sustainable urban high street. Built new in 2017, it is a bright, spacious and contemporary home. A well decorated and comfortable place to stay. P.S. The sunsets are amazing!

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

Stamborough Cottage is set in a stunning location within Exmoor National Park. The property is on the outskirts of the thriving village of Roadwater, with a village shop, pub and many countryside and woodland walks. Our beautiful en-suite studio offers spectacular views and has recently been refurbished. It has its own private entrance, ensuring total privacy and includes a kitchenette containing a microwave, fridge, toaster and kettle. The studio is perfectly situated for exploring Exmoor.

Beautiful Barn near Bristol in Picturesque Setting

Holly Tree Barn is a new modern conversion surrounded by lovely countryside, on the doorstep of Bristol and near Bath . Ideal for the Balloon Fiesta, the Airport and University Graduations. Bristol is easily reachable by train, bus, cycle path or car. Glastonbury, the Cotswolds and the beach are an easy drive. The Barn is down a quiet lane with village shops, pubs and the train station a 10 min walk. It is near public footpaths allowing you to explore the valley, walk, cycle and unwind.

Luxury lodging, doorstep Exmoor walks and cycling

Kennel Farm lies within the Exmoor National Park on the banks of the River Barle, 1 mile from the beautiful town of Dulverton. The farmhouse has been sympathetically renovated, keeping the original features whilst offering modern comforts. Guests are invited to enjoy picnics, wild swimming and campfires on the river bank, and walk through the surrounding Arboretum and 17 acres of parkland. A place to totally switch off, surrounded by wildlife, outdoor activities and birdsong.

The Pear Tree is a light, airy annexe and adjoins a large country house on the outskirts of Street in Somerset. Only a mile from the town centre yet surrounded by fields and a cider orchard. The tree lined drive leads to the main house and three acres of garden. Own entrance, private terrace and parking. Open plan living room, wood stove, TV, large futon. Large, well equipped spacious kitchen. Two bedrooms (sleeps four), family bathroom and downstairs shower room.

Hulbert’s Place: C15th house in the heart of Wells

This charming Grade II-listed two bedroom maisonette is situated within a row of ancient dwellings, just a short stroll from Wells Cathedral, The Bishop's Palace and the heart of Wells. Each of the two levels are embellished with wonderful authentic details such as original beams, restored timber floorboards and stone fireplaces. Originally built in the 15th century, the house has been sympathetically restored with an abundance of character, comfort and style.
