Tucked away on Lake Lamoille in Morristown, this beautiful brand new apartment is just minutes from town and yet offers tranquility and spectacular views. The lake is home to eagles, herons, geese, ospreys and fish! You will see kayakers out there fishing! Stowe Mt and Smuggler’s Notch are both nearby. Breweries, art galleries, restaurants are close by. You can walk or bike to the 93 mile Lamoille Valley Rail Trail from our home. Our shed is available for storing your bikes, kayaks or skis.

The building is also home to the Stowe Street Cafe and Bridgeside Bookstore with plenty more shops and eateries just a short walk away. Bolton Valley, Sugarbush, and Stowe Mountain Resorts are just a 20-30 minute drive, and the Ben & Jerry's Factory and Waterbury Reservoir are less than 10 miles north. A perfect location!

Queen bed and pull out (queen) couch, with full kitchen, and laundry. Expansive views of the mountains. 10-15 minutes to Stowe village, 10 minutes to Waterbury. In the heart of the mountains, this cozy apartment is steps away from mountain biking and hiking, and within a short driving distance of several major ski resorts. No added cleaning Fees

With the back country and the front town, travelers can settle in on the deck to enjoy the views, or set out to explore a happening downtown-just one block away. This second floor space is private, light filled, and quiet. Please note, we were previous Super Hosts before Covid. We're getting back into hosting with an even better apartment (more space, and two bedrooms!) We're not absentee investors running an AirBnb business; we live in an adjacent apartment and enjoy welcoming guests!

A friend once referred to our town as Mayberry. It's definitely a small town where people look out for each other. In the heart of the village, walking distance from local restaurants, brewery's, and shops as well as mountain bike trails. 5 mi from a beach where you can rent canoes/kayaks/paddle boards. Enjoy the slopes, hiking, Ben and Jerry's, local brewery's, or the Vt. landscape, settle in with a warm jacuzzi tub. At the end of the day cozy up on a king sized bed watching Netflix's.

Our home sits in the heart of the historic Waterbury village. It is a Victorian, full of historical charm and warm light. There is off-street parking and a side porch in which to enjoy a cup of coffee. It is in easy walking distance to restaurants, bars, small shops, a grocery store, and pharmacy. We live right off of interstate 89, exit 10, the crossroads between Sugarbush Valley, Stowe, Montpelier, and Burlington. Outdoor entertainment is accessible in all these areas.

There are also many amazing hiking, mtn biking, cross country skiing and excellent fishing opportunities nearby

Lovely one-bedroom apartment

The apartment is centrally located - 5 minutes from Ben & Jerry's and Waterbury Village; 20 minutes from Stowe with great biking and hiking and 30 minutes from Burlington and Lake Champlain. Enjoy the spectacular views and relaxing atmosphere on your private deck. Although the apartment does not have air conditioning, it stays a cool 65 degrees on most days - you may even want to turn on the heat early on a summer morning! We require a minimum of a three-night stay.
