Modern + charming apartment with private entrance + deck located in Historic Waterbury Village within walking distance to popular shopping, coffee shops, pubs, and restaurants. The building is also home to the Stowe Street Cafe and Bridgeside Bookstore with plenty more shops and eateries just a short walk away. Bolton Valley, Sugarbush, and Stowe Mountain Resorts are just a 20-30 minute drive, and the Ben & Jerry's Factory and Waterbury Reservoir are less than 10 miles north. A perfect location!

Nestled in the heart of Vermont's best skiing, hiking, dining + golfing right between Waterbury and Stowe. We're just minutes to downtown yet the private driveway that opens to 10 acres feels like you're a world away. The apartment has a private locking entrance through a shared garage, well stocked kitchen, cozy sitting area with a view of the mountains, full bathroom, memory foam mattress and blackout shades. We are family friendly with a highchair, pack n' play + changing table upon request!

With the back country and the front town, travelers can settle in on the deck to enjoy the views, or set out to explore a happening downtown-just one block away. This second floor space is private, light filled, and quiet. Please note, we were previous Super Hosts before Covid. We're getting back into hosting with an even better apartment (more space, and two bedrooms!) We're not absentee investors running an AirBnb business; we live in an adjacent apartment and enjoy welcoming guests!

The unit is tucked away under the Worcester Mountains so you can enjoy a comfortable, quiet Vermont experience. Hiking and mountain biking trails are 5-10 minutes away. Stowe is 15 minutes and Waitsfield is 20 minutes away, easy access to I-89 and a 35 minute drive to Burlington to visit Lake Champlain

Village Oasis 2 -the crossroads of VT

A friend once referred to our town as Mayberry. It's definitely a small town where people look out for each other. In the heart of the village, walking distance from local restaurants, brewery's, and shops as well as mountain bike trails. 5 mi from a beach where you can rent canoes/kayaks/paddle boards. Enjoy the slopes, hiking, Ben and Jerry's, local brewery's, or the Vt. landscape, settle in with a warm jacuzzi tub. At the end of the day cozy up on a king sized bed watching Netflix's.

Waterbury Center Guest Bedroom - 244 Howard

The guestroom room has a separate entrance located off a covered, back porch with a small table and chairs for summer use. There is adjustable heat and cool air from the wall mounted air-source, heat pump. The little kitchen alcove is convenient for coffee or tea or a light meal (toaster oven, single induction “hot” plate, water heater) We live in a historic building. Our neighborhood is very close to Rte 100. Waterbury village and Stowe are nearby too with skiing, hiking and biking.

A true Vermont get-away cabin in the woods

Badger Cottage offers a true rustic Vermont experience nestled in the woods with spectacular views and a quiet and peaceful ambiance. Once a barn, carefully reconstructed on the owners’ property, and modernized to today’s standards, this post and beam cabin is warm and cosy in winter and cool in summer. Well behaved dogs are very welcome and will enjoy the walks in the woods. Covid vaccinations are required. The owners live in an adjacent house with their very friendly Border Terrier

Enjoy being immersed in nature when you stay in this unique treehouse to unwind while experiencing some of the best sights and nature in Vermont. This cabin up on stilts and bordering one of Vermont's beautiful state parks. Views of the walkable Waterbury reservoir can be seen from its perch in the trees. "The Roost" aims for a balance of rustic meets elegance. With a tiled shower and heated flooring through out- one can truly reconnect and recharge in this unique experience.

Easy access to VAST snowmobile trails, within an hour's drive to 3 ski areas (Stowe, Smuggler's Notch and Jay Peak), X-Country skiing right outside the door or in Craftsbury or Stowe. Elmore State Park is 3 miles away. Hiking trails and kayaking abound!
