The Boathouse

We call it the Boathouse, but it could just as easily be called the treehouse. It sits just feet from a tidal creek amidst giant live oak trees. A short dock is right outside the door, so bring your kayaks or other small craft. Although cozy, it offers everything a simple cottage should. Shem Creek is minutes away, as are the beaches. Patriot's Point and parks are a short walk away. This is the closest residential neighborhood to Charleston that you will find in Mt Pleasant. ST250324 BL24-000442

The Rutledge Kitchen House is located at the southernmost tip of the peninsula in the historic "South of Broad" neighborhood and is surrounded by many antebellum mansions. Walk to the Battery, Rainbow Row, King Street, the Calhoun Mansion, the Heyward Washington House, shops, museums, and restaurants. Stroll to White Point Garden to see the sunset over the harbor. Dream Catcher Carriage House Daniel Island

Our carriage house apartment is located on a peaceful marsh on beautiful Daniel Island next to walking/biking paths. It is also walking distance to parks, shops, and restaurants. Daniel Island is approximately 15 to 20 minutes from the airport, downtown Charleston, and local beaches. All AirBnB rentals in Charleston & Daniel Island must have a business license.
