Fully furnished with dishes and linens. Will provide linen exchanges/cleaning during extended stays.

Only 20 minutes from Watertown, Fort Drum, and Lowville, and approx. 10 minutes from Wheeler Sacks Airfield. Continental breakfast included, plus pancake mix, syrup, and a waffle iron. This is one of two units that we have available on our property. Both are separate from our home and have kings sized beds. 200 sq ft room with full bath and kitchenette. Outside grill and space for up to 28 ft. boat. Parking for boat trailer as well. Property is directly on the river. View from room is restricted.

Our upstairs apartment has a view of the St. Lawrence River and all the comforts of home. The village of A-Bay is a short walk, the quaint town of Clayton a 15 minute drive and Cape Vincent to catch the ferry to Kingston, ONT is 30 minutes away.
