We love this place, this is our second visit and we will definitely be back. It’s so beautiful and peaceful and homey and has plenty of space. The view from the great room is gorgeous. Jean is a wonderful host. Five stars!!!!⭐️

The home was unique and gorgeous, historically accurate with and updated kitchen with essentials to cook a full meal. Beautifully upkept.

Thank you Evolve for an incredible stay! Everything was perfect. Our group especially enjoyed the home made cookies left for us upon arrival as well as having the hot tub set up and ready for use! Plenty to do here, and we felt right at home. Amazing place!

Perfect stay in cozy historic venue with modern conveniences!

This was a great place for my family to stay while we were visiting. Very charming older farm house. Would definitely stay there again.

This Airbnb location is a gem. The rental was very clean. The kitchen contained everything you could ask for, which included a coffee maker (with coffee and filters), microwave, toaster oven, air fryer, refrigerator, stove, a good number of quality pans and skillets, many kitchen utensils, and measuring cups. Each of the bedrooms (and the common room) had a television; one television was connected to a Roku, and another was connected to a DVD player. The table in the common area seats five people. There were sufficient linens, blankets, pillows, and towels and plenty of hangers in the closets. Additionally, there was many other small things, which included lots of spices, teas, dental floss, ibuprofen, acetaminophen, shampoos, deodorants, and many other things. I felt very safe staying in this house, which is located on the east of Earlham College, and would definitely stay there again.

The Blue Cottage was charming and quiet. Everything looked and functioned as advertised. Yukari was a friendly and responsive host.

We loved the home! We were there visiting our daughter, and we were out and about most of the time, so it was plenty of space for the 3 of us. It was super charming and we would definitely stay again!

This was exactly as promoted. It was ultra clean and fresh and beautifully decorated. We’ve traveled quite a bit in our 38 years of marriage and have become pretty good at distinguishing lodging to fit our needs and wants. I knew when I found this spot that it was exactly what I was looking for and we were not disappointed. Kevin and Janel added a couple of personal touches specific to us as we had mentioned it was our anniversary. Very sweet and much appreciated! We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful stay with any cuisine available within a short distance - although we also enjoyed the use of the kitchen with all the conveniences and necessary tools for cooking a nice meal. We will visit again - this is a keeper!

We had nothing but a positive experience. Apartment was as described and we would not hesitate to stay again.

After arriving had a small issue but Deborah responded immediately and came very quickly to correct the problem! The bed was very comfortable and overall a pretty quiet place! The shower was a little small but I think it wouldn’t be as bad if the shower head was different! Overall was perfect for a few days stay !

This was my secret at Maria's place and it did not disappoint. It's very clean and cozy. The place was decorated for Christmas which gave it a more homelike experience. It was nice to invite family and friends to visit and not worry about having to go to a restaurant or out. This is definitely my new spot when visiting Richmond.

Kim's Leader Loft was a fantastic space. My wife & I took a last minute trip to the area to take advantage of the fantastic weather and bike the Cardinal Greenway. We looked at Muncie & Richmond because they have trailheads, but the Leader Loft popped up on my list, and we opted in. It's a beautiful, renovated space with plenty of room, and crazy comfortable. Kim was very responsive and helpful when we reached out - absolutely recommended!

I highly recommend this rental, if you’re going to Knightstown! I will try and rent it again on future visits!

Spacious kitchen: two of us worked in two dishes each and never got in each other’s way. Beds were very comfortable for us. We enjoyed a quiet evening. Simple check-out instructions.
