JR’s place is centrally located to all the great places around Detroit, close to all the stadiums, close to Belle Isle Park, and not too far from Gross Point. The apartment has what you need and the room and bathroom have a lot of space and it’s very secure.

Awesome place to stay for a fishing vacation. Kept the boat in the water with power right at the dock, fish cleaning table, not sure why you would stay anywhere else to fish mid-river. Sarah always responds right away, great communication. Our second trip here and we'll defiantly be back!! THANKS SARAH!!!!!

We had a great experience staying at Kaysone's rental for a quick overnight trip to Detroit. We were in town for a concert, and the location was convenient and everything went smoothly. The space was clean, comfortable, and just what we needed for a short stay. One small point of confusion was the entry process—the code for both the outside and inside doors was the same, which was clearly explained in the instructions, but the explanation itself felt a bit long-winded and could be simplified for easier understanding. That said, it didn’t cause any real issues and definitely wouldn’t stop us from booking again. Overall, we’d happily recommend this place to others and would stay again ourselves!

We loved our stay and have already decided that, if we return to Detroit, we will stay here again. It was perfect for the two of us. The bed was so comfy, shower was amazing and the living/kitchen area was so cozy during our nights in.

Me and my girlfriend had a wonderful experience at Dinara’s home. Everything listed was accurate and the town was nice with great restaurants only a few minutes walk away. Fully enjoyed my time and look forward to visiting again.

Was the perfect fit for our long weekend fishing and seeing the city will be back.

Corey is top notch. Great communication and friendly. Secure building in a place that puts most of downtown Detroit within a 10 minute walk. Everyone in the building was friendly and polite. Corey’s place is cozy, clean and tidy. If you’re looking for a place that has the charm of a 100 year old classic high-rise in a great location with an amazing view, this is a great choice. I would stay here again.

This place is amazing. The Host was awesome I like the fact that Joseph made me feel right at home!!! I everybody needs to book now!!!!

The house is a great place to stay if you want a quiet cozy place on a canal that is very nice and peaceful , Dylan is a great host and excellent communication , I stayed there a couple times now and will surely be back

Isabel and her family were great hosts and very welcoming! I felt very comfortable in their home for an extended stay, and their cats are so cute (and very mischievous). The place itself was very comfortable and private when I needed it to be. I had everything I needed in the basement, and all the pictures are accurate - feels a bit more spacious than they look. Overall a great experience - thank you Isabel!

Nice spot quiet nabor hood for most part nabors where very kind letting us use there driveway to get boat backed in and parking farther out of our way everything was clean and as post was listed Very good people and will be staying again

I would recommend this beautiful home for anyone looking for a family-friendly and relaxing home away from home. Now keep in mind that this home is nearly 100 years old, so there are radiators for heating. If you are not used to radiators, this may not be for you. But it kept the home heated. However, this does not in any way take away from the pluses of this home in my opinion. There are plenty of modern upgrades and smart amenities. I think anyone would love that. The hosts are very gracious and go above and beyond. When my guests and I needed anything, Joseph made sure that we got it. Other features you all may love is that it’s just minutes from downtown and minutes from the village if you are looking for plenty to do.
