We needed a last minute stay for a sports tournament. Kim was responsive and flexible, allowing us early check in to help us get settled and ready on time. Her place was very clean, and smelled great! Quiet street, more than enough room for 4 of us.

My daughter and I stayed here for a few days while we visited family. This little house is so cute and homey! Also very clean. We had a fun little vacation. I plan to stay here any time we are back in the area if the property is available.

We are extremely pleased with everything about our stay! The home was beautiful, inviting, spacious, had a great fenced in yard, and was clean and organized. Anneliese & Aaron were very kind, quick to respond, and even contacted us for early check in! We have a toddler (almost 3) who is always into everything, so we had to keep that in mind when looking for a place to stay. This home was definitely a good choice for him as well since there weren’t a lot of things that were breakable/dangerous for him! They made our stay very easy and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to stay in the area ☺️

The place and the host were both GREAT! The place was very clean and comfortable. I was traveling for work and it was a 2 min walk to/from where I was working. The sound machines and towel/robe warmers were awesome touches. The day of check out, I left a few items with plans to return before the checkout time, but work had an emergency and I wasn't able to leave. CA's on-site cleaning crew had my items bagged up and welcomed me back in to retrieve them. I very highly recommend staying at any CA's properties - you will be comfy, clean and happy!

We have stayed at Anthony's twice now and felt right at home in the clean, well kept charming house. Even when the coffee maker and air fryer stopped working, Anthony jumped right to it, ordering and having new appliances delivered for the rest of our stay. The house is close to the Marshall Health Sports Arena in Huntington and Marshall University. It is a bright spot in a dismal location.

We had a bunch from 2 to 72. Plenty of beds. House was huge with large bedrooms. Nobody got in anyone elses way. And the huge kitchen was great for preparing big meals. Deran was very proactive and very responsive. This goes on the 'We'd do it again list'.

We absolutely loved the cabin. It was beautiful, comfy, safe, and everything we had hoped for. We loved the large kitchen for cooking breakfasts, the grill for dinner, the hot tub was amazing after a long day of exploring in the gorgeous mountains and woods in the area. It was the perfect setting for my senior rescue dogs who are fearful of a lot of things and do best in calm, peaceful settings. They were able to take little short hikes and relax and explore there. We will DEFINITELY be returning for future vacations and recommending your place to our friends and family for their vacations. A week later and Im still missing waking up to enjoy my morning coffee out on the deck while watching the stunning fog rolling across the mountains. Joe is an excellent host, and super cool, very nice guy. He was extremely helpful and available for anything we needed. He even drew us little maps with landmarks to find our way around the area and helped us to decide which trails to adventure into, etc. We can thank him enough for hosting us!

Easy transaction from start to finish.Great place to stay for the West Virginia High School State Wrestling Tournament.

I throughly enjoyed my Stay, nice space ontop of the hill. would recommend for a big group 2 full bathrooms and a claw foot tub was really relaxing. internet worked great which was greatly needed for my work. hope to stay here again the next time I'm in town.
