This space is a 1 bed, 1 bath with much of its original character preserved! Located in the heart of bustling Midtown just one block from 20+ bars and restaurants, DMC, Shinola and way more! The space is designed with leisure stays in mind but also capable of accommodating business travelers comfortably. Just opened in 2023, Coffee + Cocktails downstairs! Open: 8AM-11PM!

You'll be staying in our newly constructed carriage house at the back of our property in the heart of Corktown - Detroit's oldest historic neighborhood. This private dwelling is accessed from the back alley entrance and offers high ceilings and a panoramic view of downtown and the surrounding neighborhood. The unit features 1 bedroom/1 bath, living, dining, laundry and a full kitchen. In warmer months a small cafe seating area is situated on the spanish rock drive along the green alley.

My apartment is located on the 6 floor with a gated elevator which sometimes does not work so if you can not walk to the sixth floor, this might not be for you. with only a block walk to little Caesars Areana and free parking.
