The Bothy @ Brightling Park Estate

The Bothy is for those seeking to relax and unwind in an an upmarket and unusual glamping experience. It is off grid set in an old sandstone building amongst fields and woodland. It offers an open fire to ensure you are warm and cosy as well as the usual amenities - shower, hot water and kitchen equipment, all of which are run off solar and gas. There are plenty of footpaths and local walks on its door step, even our local pub – The Swan Inn, is within a 30 minute walk. Well-behaved pets welcome

Set in the beautiful rolling East Sussex countryside, in a designated AONB, Winters Farm Cottage is a lovely retreat.  Originally the stable block for Winters Farm, the cottage has been sympathetically converted retaining some original features and stylishly modernised. The cottage is detached, self contained & set away from the owners house with direct access to public footpaths.

The local pub & village shop are just 10 minutes walk. Perfect for Glyndebourne, Charleston & Firle weddings or explore nearby towns of Lewes or Brighton.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Situated in a private corner of Wellshurst Golf club, enjoy the tranquil setting and cosy up in this brand new lodge. With everything you could need for a short stay and plenty of beautiful walks nearby, dogs are welcome and enjoying some golf is optional at our beautiful 18 hole course and driving range. Goldcrest Lodge is a peaceful hideaway within secluded woods on the 140 acre historic estate of Wadhurst Castle. Nestled in the foothills of the South Downs National Park, Luna Pod is located within a walled garden on our working organic farm with far reaching views. Luna Pod has its own private wood fired hot tub, fire pit and BBQ along with all you would need for a comfortable, relaxing stay. Luna Pod is conveniently located close to many local attractions including Charleston House, Firle Place, Glyndebourne & Alfriston amongst others. It also has direct access onto the South Downs & its many walks.

Countryside location with hot tub and sauna

We are offering our pool house which consists of sauna, hot tub, kitchen, double shower room, bedroom/living room with separate wc. Beautiful countryside views. This building is located in our garden which is an acre in total. From the garden you have the added bonus of seeing Llamas and wild deer in the adjoining field. We are situated close to the cuckoo line and there are beautiful walks nearby. We do allow dogs but we do ask that they are added to your reservation as we make a charge.

Dog friendly. Close to many famous houses and gardens ,Sissinghurst Castle, Great Dixter, Chartwell, Batemans and Scotney Castle. The Spa town of Royal Tunbridge Wells is a 20 minute drive away. Wadhurst our nearest village has 2 small supermarkets, great butcher, deli, 2 pubs and takeaways.

Beautiful barn on the South Downs Way

Beautiful barn, perfect for walkers, also great as a comfortable and spacious base for exploring the local countryside. Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
