Restaurants, shopping, hiking trails, bike trails, ski resorts and major sites like Hill Air Force Base, the air museum, dinosaur park, Snow Basin ski resort, Lagoon, Antelope Island and the Great Salt Lake. It’s only 25 minutes from downtown Salt Lake. It’s just a great location for work or play. For added security, there are security cameras located outside to monitor the entrance & lighted parking area

Enjoy the peace and quiet of the country with all the conveniences of the city just 10 minutes away! This beautiful home is located on a full acre in a quiet country subdivision. Includes shared use of the playground, fire pit, grill, patio, and even a few chickens! Our (shrinking) family lives on the main floors and you will stay in the 1500 square foot daylight basement apartment with separate entrance. You will have complete privacy, but also the peace of mind knowing the owners are nearby.

Soothing colors, so comfortable, and lots of extras. Our “mini farm” is located on over an acre in a quiet bedroom community. Beautiful views of our small orchard, garden, and the mountains. Easy access to downtown, trails, reservoirs, etc. More than enough space inside the suite, and a lovely outdoor dining space.

Basement apartment. We live upstairs. 1.6 miles/6 minute drive to closest shopping/restaurants, 7 miles/18 minutes to downtown Ogden. Sleeps 6 best. Air mattresses for 2 more. Beautiful views, close to the North Ogden divide for ski resorts and Pineview Reservoir. Enjoy the air hockey, foosball, skee-ball, arcade, pinball, pool and ping pong table, along with the basketball game. Enjoy your favorite show, or OG Nintendo on the big screen. Unwind after a day on the slopes in the hot tub.
