This comfortable home is close to everything and yet a peaceful place to stay. We are experienced Airbnb hosts who enjoy making a place for happy guests. Master bedroom has a king size bed, & walk-in closet. Full kitchen has stainless dishwasher, oven range, fridge along with all dishes, pots, pans, glassware and utensils, Coffeemaker blender and toaster. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Conveniently located only 25 minutes from Springfield Mo and 45 minutes from Branson. And only minutes from Ozark International Speedway. We are within minutes of 2 good swimming/fishing holes on the Finley River with floating possible depending on water level. Also we are 45 minutes from 2 very good floating outfitters on the James River. The house is first on a dead end road with only 2 neighbors past us so very little traffic.

Busy Bee's Electrified Landing Campsite (20AMP)

Try our truly one-of-a-kind place nestled softly up under a group of 50+-year-old cedar trees. It has a Commercial Park grill, a 3' Outdoor-Themed metal fire ring, a Picnic Table, and electricity. This comes with 20 amps total( 4 waterproof electric outlets and lights if needed remember 20 amps total :) for an inperson add-on price of $10 more 30 amp electricity is also available at this site. This camp is connected to the green cedar trail system that takes you all around the property.

Panther Creek Guesthouse

Small farmhouse, private fenced and gated yard, on a tiny farm on a gravel road. Host next door has dwarf goats, chickens, ducks, guineas (1 pair regularly visits/patrols the guesthouse yard), a goose, and a couple of dogs. Horses live across the road and around the curve and up the hill. Eggs and some other basic food items included! Less than 5 miles off Hwy 60 north of Fordland Café, Mexican, Dollar General, gas in Fordland Springfield 24 Branson 55 7.5 miles from I-44 @ Northview

RV There Yet 20 or 30 amp RV outlet, 50 extra

A Nice quiet spot at the front of our berry farm and next to the start of our honeyberry fields. It is a 30 AMP Electric Hookup and comes with a metal fire ring. Check-in is at 1:00 pm or after and check-out is at 12:00 noon. Can Call on short notice or as late as midnight. No Black Sewer Dumping. Gray water dumping for only $10.00 extra. Enjoy nature at our Berry Farm from walking thru our fields and woods to throwing axes and pitching horseshoes the days will fly by.

Washington Inn and Garden

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. It's your own private suite complete with a large bedroom, private dining area with a full kitchen, and private attached bathroom. Private parking and your own private deck. The suite is on the side of the house with it's own private entrance. The path is clearly marked by signs. During the spring the garden will be full and alive. The fire pit is available year round. Sit in the gazebo and enjoy the sunset. 🌺

If you want a safe and peaceful getaway, Consider Camping on our Private 40 Acre Farm. Rustling Ridge is a Medium Campsite Carved out of a grove of 25 year old cedar trees. Can Accommodate 6 people (2-3 tents) Paths all leading in different directions off of the fire pit. It has a 3' fire ring with 4 built in concrete seats and a concrete table. Check in time is at 1:00 and check out time is at 12:00 noon.

The TINY HOUSE at Promised Land Farm

It is adorable, brand new and still in progress in spots! It is a fun and cozy place to enjoy and relax. This is a TINY HOUSE for our guests desiring to experience Tiny House living.
