This self-contained air-con cabin consists of a queen bed and ensuite with toilet and shower. TV with local channels. The cabin features a deck with a small table and chairs to sit out and enjoy berry springs nature and the local farm animals. Cows and a donkey. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the cutlery & crockery you will need and pots, pans, microwave and toaster, kettle and stove top. Plus, a full-size fridge/freezer. Just off the Arnhem highway, the cottage is close to shops and is a gateway to Kakadu, popular fishing locations as well as being close to Litchfield and other attractions. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, a well stocked bookshelf and lots of board games for you to enjoy. A great place for you to relax and unwind.

Fully self contained independent cottage. Tropical front verandah looking out to natural bush. Set on 10 acres in a quiet area, secure and safe. Lounge, tv, dining area, kitchen, fridge, bedroom with queen size bed and separate bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine and tub. Pets allowed as spacious securely fenced lawned area. Dogs can be safely left in the yard if you go out. I can check on them if requested. Unfortunately internet is not reliable.

The property is shared with the owners’ nearby home and their friendly ridgeback.
