Orchard View welcomes guests to a beautiful cozy, country stay. The accommodation is located to the left of our family home within our farmyard. Nestled in the scenic countryside of Northamptonshire, conveniently located just a few miles from Silverstone Circuit the M1, A5 & the M40 provide excellent transport links. Well equipped with microwave, mini fridge, tv & WiFi. Simple continental breakfast. Perfect as a romantic getaway, cyclists & walkers & for working in the area. Pets MUST be crated.

Beautiful Thatched Cottage Annex with Piano

Beautiful thatched cottage annex with ensuite bedroom and living room/snug with an old piano. There is a shop, pub, park and walks such as The Jurassic Way. There is a daily bus service to Banbury and Daventry and from Banbury there is a train service for Oxford, London and Birmingham. Shakspeare's Stratford Upon Avon, Cropredy Festival and Silverstone are a short drive away. There is a plaque on the village hall to commemorate singer/songwriter Sandy Denny from the band Fairport Convention.

The Cobbles

Brand New for April 2023! The Cobbles is a self contained spacious one bedroom cottage with a private entrance. Fully equipped kitchen diner, sitting room with log burner and sofa bed. Super king bed and en suite bathroom with walk in shower. Free private parking with plenty of space for trailers. Situated at the end of a 1/2 mile long drive The Cobbles manages to make you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere when you are only a mile from the A43 and the local town of Towcester.

The Old Calf Shed

The Old Calf Shed, situated in the heart of a working farm on the Oxfordshire/Northamptonshire border, has a beautifully calm atmosphere with relaxing interiors including a lovely wood burning stove in the open kitchen/living room. Fantastic rural views, parking for 4 cars, an outdoor seating area and 450 beautiful acres to explore. Some of the tourist sites nearby include Silverstone, RH England at Aynho Park, Broughton Castle, Blenheim Palace, Soho Farmhouse, Warwick Castle, Upton House.

Cosy self-contained cabin 15 mins from Silverstone

Kick back and relax in this cosy, stylish, self-contained log cabin situated in the beautiful village of Helmdon, just a stones throw from Silverstone race track. With double bedroom, lounge/diner, shower room and fully kitted out kitchen area, this compact, cosy and tranquil cabin is ideal for a couple, but can sleep up to 4 with the lounge double sofa bed. Has dedicated outside garden space with seating, table and fire pit, and direct gated access. Roadside parking is freely available.

Welcome to this delightful cottage set in the picturesque village of Helmdon, Northamptonshire. Hillcrest Cottage has been recently renovated and offers a charming getaway. Its traditional roots have been preserved and juxtaposed with modern home comforts, including a quirky basement ‘cinema’, to create the perfect stay. It is ideal for an escape to the countryside, be this for a relaxing weekend, hunting out some adventure, or if working locally and required for a longer period.

Hillcrest is a stone cottage dating back to the 1700s set within rolling countryside in the quiet hamlet of Preston Capes. This peaceful and beautifully renovated cottage offers all the charm of a period cottage, with the convenience and comfort of modern living. The cottage has a private walled garden and outdoor eating area. There are several good pubs/restaurants within easy driving distance or a walk for the more energetic guests (Fawsley Hall or The Plough at Everdon).

Rural retreat with stunning views in Oxfordshire

A lovely converted barn on a farm in Oxfordshire. The Cow Shed looks out over the garden with views across the countryside. The property includes a double bedroom and an open plan twin room comfortably sleeping up to 4 guests. The large kitchen/living space has a traditional kitchen with hob, oven and microwave/combi and full length windows. The farm is ideally situated for short walks around the farm or longer walks around the local countryside. 10 mins from the M40.

16th Century Thatched Farmhouse

Available as a 1 or 2 bed, peaceful chocolate box thatched farmhouse located in the beautiful village of Sulgrave on the Oxfordshire/Northants border. Built in 1540 by George Washington’s ancestors and operating as a historic wool farm. The farmhouse has recently undergone a large, sympathetic renovation. A traditional honey stone thatched farmhouse with an inglenook fireplace, traditional farmhouse kitchen & original roll top bath with all the modern day comforts.

Private Annexe in Northamptonshire Village

Light airy annexe with own entrance, double bedroom , shower room and kitchen. I do not charge a cleaning fee but would ask you leave the annexe as you find it please. Currently we do not have a TV in the room but have high speed broadband if you want to stream using your own devices. Ideally located Silverstone (12 mins)M40 10 mins drive & M1 15 mins Crockwell Farm 8 minutes away and the same distance to Sulgrave Manor. Easy access to Northampton and Milton Keynes.

Close to Towcester, Silverstone and not far from Northampton, Milton Keynes, Oxford and the Cotswolds. 3 generous double bedrooms sleep 6 adults, plus one child’s bedroom (sleeps 1). Spacious living room and kitchen, plus large garden and outdoor seating area.

Little Beech, Evenley

Lovingly renovated, Little Beech is a detached property, offering accommodation for up to 4 guests. Located in the beautiful village of Evenley, walking distance from an excellent pub as well as a village coffee shop. Little Beech is well located to explore Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds. Silverstone, Bicester Village, Soho Farmhouse, Blenheim Palace and Stowe National Trust are all nearby. There are also lots of lovely walks on the doorstep.
