Relax in a fully private 2-bedroom villa nestled between the river and the ocean in Weligama Bay. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. Enjoy a shaded private pool, a tropical garden with a hammock and swing, and a well-equipped kitchen suitable for light meals. Once booked, the villa feels like your own peaceful Beach House on private land. A discreet on-site caretaker is available to maintain the pool and assist when needed. Just 1 minute from the beach and 5 minutes from the Surf Point.

Charming 2BD Bungalow on Lush Coconut Plantation

Cocoya is a working coconut and cinnamon plantation. Palamu sits on a small hill overlooking our coconut groves. It's designed as an extension of the plantation. A thatched roof, mud walls, tall coconut pillars. 2 bedrooms flank the living area & open kitchen & are fitted with king size beds & ensuite bathroom. Open air rain-showers are an experience in themselves esp. at dusk with a brilliant sunset, swaying coco trees and cool running water after a hot day. We do not have air-conditioning.

DevilRock Bungalows SAND.

DevilRock Bungalows features two distinct accommodations, SAND and OCEAN, both located in the same charming house, which was once the old teachers' house in Kapparathota, where children used to gather for Sunday school. Newly renovated in late 2024 and early 2025, both bungalows offer modern comforts while retaining their unique charm. Although they share a common structure, each bungalow provides total privacy and offers a unique ambiance, making them feel like two worlds apart. This is SAND!

Weligama is only a five minute drive away and Mirissa Beach is less than fifteen minutes.

Licuala's Tropical House was built guided by the philosophy of simplicity and minimalism, inspired to maximise the use of space. This house sleeps 3 as the large daybed downstairs doubles up as a single bed. This is one of five hideaway homes on the estate. Each house is hidden by its own flora and fauna. Our homes were designed to give a sense of privacy and space, bringing you close to nature to rest and be inspired by. Kabalana beach is a 5min walk away.
