Iconic 17th Century Thatched Cottage

Enjoy the beautiful garden in the summer sunshine or hunker down next to the fire in the winter, Hoo Cottage has it all! It is one of the few thatched Cotswold Stone properties, tucked away in the idyllic village of Chipping Campden. We have done our best to bringing out the distinctive character of this historic property, while furnishing it in a luxurious rustic style. The history of the cottage is still up to debate. However, we have found evidence of it playing a role as the village bakery.

Welcome to The Old Dairy! A beautifully converted barn, close to Charlecote Park, 3 miles from Shakespeare's Stratford and a short drive to the Cotswolds and the NEC Birmingham. On our family farm you will have your own space to relax and unwind with beautiful views and sunsets from your spacious patio and garden. You will love our onsite Farm Shop and Nursery, open Tuesday to Saturday along with local walks. We welcome babies but please bring your own equipment. Sorry, we do not allow pets.

A luxury thatched 16th century holiday cottage, the perfect place from which to explore the surrounding Cotswolds National Landscape. Nestled in the village of Adderbury, in the heart of Oxfordshire - perfectly placed for exploring the Cotswolds, Strawtop Cottage Number Three is a quaint Grade II listed thatched cottage offering a luxurious, fully equipped home away from home. We are a 10 minute drive from Soho Farmhouse, 20 minutes from Blenheim Palace, Daylesford and Bicester Village.

Farthings Cottage is a recently refurbished warm and cosy little hideaway nestled amongst woodland and fields; close to our house but private. We live in the southern part of Warwickshire and whilst easy access to Stratford-on-Avon, Warwick and the Cotswolds, we are tucked away in our 26 acres of equestrian tranquility. We have one friendly golden, a cat, five horses and two teenagers. We would say that a car is an absolute necessity as there is a drive away from all amenities.

Our newly refurbished Tramway House is located in the heart of Stratford-Upon-Avon. With a riverside location, the views from our cottage are really unbeatable! With two en-suite bedrooms, featuring either twin or king-sized beds, our cottage is perfect for friends and family alike. Cook up a storm with our full kitchen facilities or relax in your private courtyard garden! Staying for a week or more? Don't worry, we have you covered with a washing machine too!

Pond side Shepard’s hut

A Brand new cosy Shepards hut for two, Relax in the countryside just outside Stratford-Upon-Avon. Our beautiful Shepards hut has all you need for a relaxing and peaceful get away. It is completely on its own with totally private use of all the space you can just relax and forget about the world during your stay. The Shepards hut is a cosy space with views of of our beautiful horses to the front and a lovely nature pond to the left.

The Woolly Lodge

Welcome to The Woolly Lodge! Our cosy cabin is nestled in the Warwickshire countryside between Shakespeare’s Stratford-upon-Avon and the natural beauty of the Cotswolds, with our family run farm shop and plenty of walking and cycling routes on the doorstep. The Lodge is one of two private cabins situated on the south edge of our farm looking out onto open fields (and incredible evening sunsets!).

The Mirror Houses - Cubley

Our Mirror Houses are located in a remote area of a family-run farm near the Oxfordshire village of Kirtlington. They are hidden away in woodland in the grounds of the Kirtlington Park Polo Club, next to a Capability Brown-designed lake. Surrounded by stunning landscape and reflecting the trees and nature around them, the Mirror Houses offer a peaceful and idyllic retreat from city life.

The Barn is a stunning and completely refurbished Barn Conversion, providing Luxury Boutique style holiday accommodation. The barn is only 4.5 miles from the centre of Stratford upon Avon, yet is in a beautiful rural location. It is a great place for families to enjoy special times together, while visiting National Trust properties, Warwick Castle and the Cotswolds.

Modern, light and clean accommodation located in a quiet cul-de-sac. A very comfortable super-king bed in its own bedroom, with plenty of space to spread out and unwind in the living room. A big, flat-screen TV for when you've done exploring or working, there's a dining table for two and space to work if you're here on business.
