The Floathouse - Floating tiny home on the Murray

The Floathouse is a luxury tiny home floating on the Murray River offering a unique and romantic experience an hour from Adelaide. Features include an outdoor bath, queen bed, sofa, WIFI, ensuite with toilet/shower, large deck with sun loungers, dining table, double swing, separate swimming platform and a BBQ for those wanting to make the most of the river views. Our kitchenette is equipped with everything you require to prepare meals. The Floathouse is moored permanently within a gated marina.

River Life - Holiday Home with Secluded Riverbank

Guests have their own private riverbank with large undercover entertaining area equipped with everything required to enjoy a long day on the river. Guests enjoy the provided Kayaks or bring their own boat to moor at River Life's jetty. Various levels from the house to the river has child-safe gates including the large entertaining deck and spacious lawn area. The main house features an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge along with five bedrooms, three with queen size beds, and two bunk rooms.

Luxuriously appointed, it is the perfect space for couples to relax between exploring all the Adelaide Hills and surrounds has to offer.

Experience the thrill of adventure at The Bend, then return to a tranquil haven where you can relax and rejuvenate with your entire family. Situated near the marina, this Off Grid accommodation is a hidden gem in a secluded location. One of the first houses on the street and occupying over 2000sqm, the "Shack" is a recently constructed dwelling. Although the interior of the property offers comfort, it is important to note that the surrounding landscape has yet to be developed.

A cosy, curated cottage with a rustic vibe, Ode to the Orchard is surrounded by the Adelaide Hills’ finest wineries and sits high on 16 acres. It is one of the original stone homes of the area and enjoys stunning 360 degree views of picturesque Lenswood. There is no better place to relax: soak in the gorgeous claw-foot bath looking out to the stars, enjoy that glass of local red by the fire, or try out our apple crumble recipe in the vintage wood-fired Aga.

This comfortable and stylish home has 3 good sized bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and is ideally located with water views and you have access to your own private jetty. With a fire pit in the backyard and views right down to the lake, you can keep warm while watching the sun set. The house is also equipped with Fibre to premise NBN connection.
