It's a great location to enjoy central Utah or as a stop on your way to Southern Utah. We have unlimited high speed internet if you're looking for a remote work location. The house has been completely remodeled inside; the yard is being landscaped and updated.

Located just off HWY 6, it’s only a 7 min walk to the river and Helper Beer, and just a 10 min walk from historic Main Street. 1946 Comfort Retreat is located on the Northeast side of Helper. We have a beautiful yard with fruit trees and outdoor furniture for relaxing. In the evening the deer come in for a snack from the apple trees. The house offers 2 bedrooms and a spacious living room. The dining table seats 6 and the air conditioning keeps you cool in the summer months and heats comfortably with a gas furnace. There is room in the driveway for three cars and an alley to park toy haulers or camping trailers.
