Welcome to the Yellow Lakeside Cottage! This peaceful house is near the city beach on Fountain Lake in the heart of Albert Lea, MN. It is a short walk from the city beach, public dock, skatepark, sand volleyball court, multiple playgrounds and picnic shelters and across the street access to walking paths. It is perfect for boating, fishing, and swimming in the summer and ice fishing, skating, snowshoeing, and nordic skiing in the winter! A beautiful sunset view and all day relaxing year-round!

A noteworthy perk: charge your electric car in the driveway with our 220v or 110v.

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. This cozy apartment is just blocks away from multiple parks, pool, walking paths, the NEW ice arena, and downtown. The hospital is only a 5 min drive. The bedroom has a comfy queen bed, dresser, and closet. The bathroom has a tub/shower and other amenities. Newly constructed studio apartment above our garage. Calm, cozy and sunny interior in a quiet neighborhood setting. We have only lived in Fairmont a short time and we love it! It has a "Hallmark" town feel. You may meet our Labradoodle in the backyard - she is very friendly and will want to say Hi. We look forward to hosting you in this city of 5 Lakes!
